The Welsh Premier Division champions had to come from 0-2 down at half-time at the weekend in order to close the gap on leaders Penybont to a single point with a 3-2 win.

Djurgarden meanwhile are fourth in the Swedish top flight but have won three of their last four competitive games, including defeating Panathinaikos last time out in the Conference League.

Team News

Long-term absentee Ryan Astles remains sidelined for TNS, with the Welsh side also counting American defender Matthew Olusunde out, as he hasn't featured since early September. Craig Harrison may stick closely to the side that battled back to beat Penybont.

For Djurgarden, experienced midfielder Piotr Johansson is sidelined but otherwise manager Roberth Bjorknesjo is set to have a full squad to choose from.

TNS have made a more than pleasing start in their maiden European group phase journey and can be backed at 13/5 to make it two wins in four games and successive victories at Meadow Lane. Djurgarden took out Panathinaikos last time and are 1/1 to record back-to-back Conference League wins, while the draw is priced at 13/5.

Midfielder Daniel Redmond got the winner for TNS against Penybont at the weekend and is 13/2 to score anytime here. Over 3.5 goals is 13/8 and both teams to score trades at 4/7.

Djurgarden to win @ 7/10

The 2-1 home loss against Vitoria Guimaraes in October threatened to derail Djurgarden on their Conference League journey with a tricky visit from Panathinaikos next up.

They fell behind in that contest but goals from Tobias Gulliksen and Deniz Hummet in the second half turned it in their favour.

The Greeks had more possession but Djurgarden had twice as many goal attempts and outshone the visitors by six to one in terms of shots on target.

They followed up with a 3-1 home success against Norrkoping in the Allsvenskan and while they are a long way behind leaders Malmo, they are just a point off second spot domestically.

TNS have been winning games domestically but have not managed a clean sheet in nine attempts since they beat Astana in this competition in October and they are likely to come up short against the Swedes.

Deniz Hummet anytime goalscorer @ 11/8

Swedish-born but capped at various underage levels with Turkey, Deniz Hummet has settled now at Djurgarden after plying his trade with several different clubs in Sweden.

He is also in excellent form. He got that winner against Panathinaikos in a game where he impressed throughout and then took his tally for the season to 19 with a brace against Norrkoping next time.

He has four goals in his last four appearances and looks sure to get more chances against a limited TNS side.
