Team News

Starting with Wales, Rhys Carre, Dewi Lake and Tomas Francis start in the front row, with Dafydd Jenkins and Ben Carter in the second row.

Taine Plumtree, Alex Mann and Aaron Wainwright start in the back row, with Tomos Williams and Sam Costelow combining in the half-backs.

Joe Hawkins and Eddie James are the starting centres, while Josh Adams, Gabriel Hamer-Webb and Louis Rees-Zammit form the back three.

As for Scotland, Pierre Schoeman, Dave Cherry and Zander Fagerson start in the front row with Max Williamson and Scott Cummings in the second row.

Gregor Brown, Rory Darge and Matt Fagerson start in the back row, while Ben White and Finn Russell go again in the half-backs.

Sione Tuipulotu and Huw Jones form their familiar centre partnership, while Kyle Steyn is joined by the returning Duhan van der Merwe and Blair Kinghorn in the back three.

Wales vs Scotland Odds

Wales are the 8/1 underdogs for this clash in Cardiff, while Scotland are 1/16 to head back north with the spoils.

A draw at the Principality is 28/1, while Scotland to be leading at half-time and full-time is currently 1/4.

Scotland -19 handicap @ 20/21

Having failed to win six of their last eight games that followed Calcutta Cup victories, Scotland will be determined to back up their 31-20 win over England this weekend.

Scotland have had the better of things against Wales in recent years, winning all of their last three encounters with the men in red.

The Scots have been guilty of taking their foot off the gas in their last two meetings with Wales and they won't want to make that same mistake on Saturday.

Wales' defence continues to be a real cause for concern, having conceded 102 points in their opening two defeats of the Six Nations at the hands of England and France.

With a day less than Scotland to prepare for this game, it's hard to see Wales causing an upset and the Scots are backed with the -19 handicap here.

Blair Kinghorn anytime tryscorer @ 6/4

Returning alongside Van der Merwe in the back three for Scotland, full-back Blair Kinghorn will feel like he has a point to prove on Saturday.

A surprising omission for the opening two games, the British & Irish Lion is back in the No.15 jersey and will be looking to cause serious damage in open space.

Kinghorn scored two tries the last time Scotland faced Wales and the Toulouse star is good value to add to his try collection against the Welsh this weekend.
