Quins have lost their opening two league games, 47-31 to Bath and 29-19 at Leicester Tigers, and look set for more frustration.
Sarries have beaten Newcastle 39-17 and Bristol 50-17 and are playing some lovely rugby, with Owen Farrell enjoying the additional freedom of playing in the centres, dovetailing nicely with number 10 Fergus Burke.
Quins caused an upset by winning 23-12 when the pair met at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in March, backing up their 17-10 home success on this weekend last year.
However, they still seem to be adapting after head coach Danny Wilson took up a role with Wales in September, leaving Jason Gilmore in charge.
By contrast, Mark McCall continues to steer the Saracens' ship and a third win from as many outings looks likely on Sunday.
Team News
Fly-half Marcus Smith returns for Harlequins and is one of four internationals coming into the side.
Cadan Murley starts on the left wing, while Rodrigo Isgro is available again on the right of the attack.
Another Argentina international is also in for Quins, with lock Guido Petti Pagadizabal set for his debut after arriving from Bordeaux.
Like Smith, Ben Earl is back available following British & Irish Lions duty and starts at openside flanker for Saracens.
Akin to Isgro and Petti, the visitors have Lucio Cinti available after representing Argentina in the Rugby Championship.
Farrell continues to wear the number 12 shirt, with Burke preferred at fly-half, while more returning internationals are on the bench, with hooker Jamie George and back-rower Juan Martin Gonzalez available.
Harlequins are 23/10 to secure their first victory of the season, with Saracens 4/11 to make it three on the spin and the tie 22/1.
An away win by over 12 points is 6/4, while Sarries are 10/11 giving away a -7 start on the three-way handicap.
Saracens -10 @ 11/8
Saracens missed out on last season's play-offs but are purring this time around, especially in midfield, where Scotland international Burke, signed from the Crusaders in 2024 to replace Farrell, is bonding nicely with the returning club icon.
An opening 22-point win at Newcastle was more impressive than it sounds. It was the first home league match for the former Falcons since their Red Bulls revamp and any side 33 points better than Bristol, even with their injuries, deserves praise.
Meanwhile, Quins had some nice moments against Bath but were well beaten and then spurned a 19-0 advantage in the second half to lose at Leicester.
Having Smith and others back will help Harlequins but they are expected to fall short against a seriously good Saracens outfit, who are still waiting to recall Maro Itoje.

Theo Dan to score a try anytime @ 20/21
Saracens hooker Theo Dan scored a try against Bristol and looks to be getting back to something near the form that saw him impress for England at the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
George's return to the squad gives him added impetus to keep performing, whether from the start or as a replacement, with both aiming to be in the Red Rose mix for the November Tests.
Bath's Tom Dunn grabbed a score for the champions in September's win at the Stoop, and Dan can emulate his fellow hooker by burrowing over from the back of a driving maul.
