Gloucester vs Harlequins Prediction: Quins can pile pressure on Cherry & Whites

Gloucester's wait for their first win in the Gallagher Premiership this season might have to continue a little longer as they prepare to host Harlequins at Kingsholm on Saturday (15:00, live on TNT Sports Extra).
Here's my Gloucester vs Harlequins prediction, featuring the essential team news and match odds for the showdown in the West Country.
Gloucester are the 5/6 favourites to win on home turf, while Harlequins are Evs to head back to the capital with the victory.
A draw in the West Country is available at 20/1, while Gloucester with a -1.5 half-time handicap are currently 11/10.
Team News
Starting with the hosts, Gloucester have Ciaran Knight, Seb Blake and Kirill Gotovtsev in the front row, with locks Freddie Thomas and Matias Alemanno in the engine room.
Deian Gwynne, Lewis Ludlow and Will Trenholm form the back row, while skipper Tomos Williams and Ross Byrne pair up in the half-backs.
Seb Atkinson and Will Joseph form the centres, with Ollie Thorley, Rob Russell and Ben Redshaw in the back three.
As for Quins, the visitors go with Fin Baxter, Jack Walker and Titi Lamositele in the front row, with Stephan Lewies and Kieran Treadwell in the second row.
Chandler Cunningham-South, Will Evans and captain Alex Dombrandt complete the pack, while Will Porter and Marcus Smith start in the half-backs.
Jarrod Evans and Oscar Beard combine in the centres, while Harlequins have a back three of Cadan Murley, Rodrigo Isgró and Cameron Anderson.
Harlequins to win @ 21/20
With winger Rob Russell and flanker Deian Gwynne, along with Kealan Freeman-Price on the bench, three Gloucester players are set to make their Gallagher Prem debuts on Saturday.
It shows the extent of the injuries that have plagued the Cherry & Whites in this early stage of the season, with the club's website stating 15 players are unavailable for selection for this weekend.
Those injury woes have certainly not helped Gloucester's cause as they still look for their first win of the Prem campaign.
Even though they are slight favourites at Kingsholm, it's hard to see the Cherry & Whites getting off the mark this weekend against Quins.
This experienced Harlequins side boasts four players who have made over 120 appearances for the club and four others who have made 75 or more.
With Marcus Smith back in the No.10 jersey, with the impressive Jarrod Evans at inside centre, Quins have the creative flair to cause this porous Gloucester defence real problems.
Only rock-bottom Newcastle Red Bulls have conceded more points and have scored fewer than ninth-placed Gloucester, so Quins look good value at even money to come away from the West Country with the spoils.
