Team News
Starting with Quins, Simon Kerrod, Jack Walker and Pedro Delgado start in the front row, with locks Kieran Treadwell and Elliot Williams in the second row.
Guido Petti Pagadizabal, Will Evans and Alex Dombrandt are the starting back row, with Stu Townsend and Marcus Smith in the half-backs.
Bryn Bradley and Luke Northmore start in the centres, while Quins have a back three of Cadan Murley, Rodrigo Isgro and Nick David.
As for the Sharks, front-rowers Bevan Rodd, Luke Cowan-Dickie and Asher Opoku-Fordjour start at the coalface, with locks Ernst van Rhyn and Ben Bamber in the engine room.
Jacques Vermeulen, Sam Dugdale and Dan du Preez complete the pack, with Gus Warr and George Ford in the half-backs.
Rekeiti Ma’asi-White and Marius Louw start in the centres, while the Sharks have a back three of Tom O’Flaherty, Tom Roebuck and Joe Carpenter.
Harlequins are the slight favourites at 4/6 for the win, while Sale are 13/10 to head back north with the victory.
A draw at The Stoop is 16/1, while Quins to be leading at the half-time and full-time whistles is a 11/10 chance.
Sale to win @ 13/10
Having won all of their last four meetings with Harlequins, Sale have been the dominant force in this fixture over the last couple of years.
The Sharks ran out 43-17 winners the last time they face Quins in Greater Manchester in December and they look to be great value for the win here.
Ford is the calm hand at the wheel in the No.10 jersey for the Sharks, and with his kicking ability from hand and from tee, the England fly-half is likely to have a big say in the result on Saturday night.
O’Flaherty, Roebuck and Carpenter will provide real attacking threat in the back three, while this Sharks pack should win the battle at the breakdown to see Sale over the line.

Luke Cowan-Dickie anytime tryscorer @ 11/8
Having scored the last time these sides crossed paths in Salford in December, England hooker Cowan-Dickie is tipped to go over for the Sharks on Saturday.
Cowan-Dickie got on the scoresheet in his last game, against Bath, and he’s good value to bag another try from close range this weekend.
