Bordeaux hammered Ulster on their own patch, with the Top 14 side running in six tries on their way to a 40-19 victory at Ravenhill Stadium.
These sides have met on three previous occasions in the Champions Cup, and Bordeaux have been victorious every time.
Missing speedster Louis Bielle-Biarry is a blow for the hosts this weekend, but with Penaud, Uberti, and Buros in the back three, there is enough firepower to cause Ulster problems.
Their attacking prowess, combined with a strong defensive structure under head coach Yannick Bru, makes them formidable opponents for any team, including Ulster.
Winning 15 of their last 16 games at home in all competitions, Bordeaux are nearly unstoppable on their own patch in the southwest of France.
After they beat South African outfit the Sharks 66-12 in their last home game in the European Champions Cup, this might be a similar scoreline against Ulster on Sunday.
