Goal Builder+ is all about the first goal scorer in the selected match of the week. It's your job to predict exactly how the goal will be scored.

As mentioned already, own goals don't count, and when Lisandro Martinez put through his own net on 29 minutes, it looked as if Manchester United could be in for a long afternoon. However, this new look Red Devils side appear to be a different proposition under new interim boss Michael Carrick and fired back straight away.

Martin Zubimendi played a dreadful ball across the back line, and Cameroonian hit-man Mbeumo showed coolness and composure to casually round David Raya and fire the ball into the Gunners net with his right peg. That was just what our winning customer had predicted, as you can see from the screenshot below!

With the game on a rollover, the jackpot prize was a whopping £40k, which has already been paid into the customer's account and is theirs to do with as they please!

Our lucky customer, who wished to remain anonymous, wasn't even aware he had won the promotion when we spoke to him but checked his account while we spoke and was suitably delighted.

Who is eligible for this Offer?

New and existing verified online customers can take part.

How do you qualify?

The promotional period runs up until the scheduled kick-off time of the selected match.
Predict the method of first goal in the selected match.
The options you need to select are:
1. Player to score the first goal - the last player to touch the ball prior to it crossing the line of the opponent’s goal
2. Body part used - the last body part the ball touched
3. Area of the goal the ball will cross the line - the area of the goal which the ball crosses first
4. Area of the pitch the goal will be scored from - the area the ball is struck from
5. The minute of the match in which the goal is scored - the minute the ball crosses the line. For example, the 5th minute will include 04:00-04:59.

What will not qualify?

Selections made after the scheduled kick-off time of the selected match.
Own goals do not count.
Goals scored via penalties do not count.
Any goals scored in Extra-time, or a Penalty Shootout, will not count.

What will you receive?

If you correctly predict all five options for the first goal scored in the selected game, you will win a share of the top cash prize (£10k minimum).
If you correctly predict between two and four correct, you will receive the following Free Bets:

When will you be credited?

Free Bets and cash prizes will be credited within 48 hours of the match taking place.

Are there any other limitations you should know about?

You can only enter each round once.
You can win one prize from each round.
Free Bets can be used on any Sports, Lotto or Virtual markets.
The Free Bet amount cannot be withdrawn as cash and will not form part of any winnings paid to you.
Any unused Free Bets will expire 7-days after issue.
Cash prize winners will receive a pop-up when they next log into their account.
The first goal must be scored within normal match time (90 minutes).
If the first goal of the match is an own goal or a penalty, the next goal scored, which is not an own goal or penalty, will be classed as the first goal for this promotion.
If your account currency is set to euros, the reward values will use the conversion rate from GBP to EUR of 1:1.
The correct result will be taken from Opta Player Stats when the game ends. Any visualisations displayed while the match is In-Play is subject to confirmation from Opta Player Stats.
If the selected match is cancelled or postponed, the round will be void and no prizes will be awarded.
If the selected match is abandoned after kick-off and after the first goal (which is not an own goal or penalty) has been scored, then the goal will qualify and winners will receive their prizes accordingly.
If the select match ends in a 0-0 draw, no prizes will be awarded.
Betfred reserve the right to exclude certain customers from this offer at our discretion due to internal risk policies and/or account staking restrictions. Customers will be notified separately if we have placed restrictions on their account.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Betfred Management Team will be final and based on our Terms and Conditions.

Can we change or remove this Offer?

Betfred reserve the right to withdraw the promotion, if required, for reasons beyond our control, such as system failures or supplier withdrawal (not exhaustive). In the instance that this happens, we will endeavour to communicate any withdrawal in a timely manner.
