Lucky 15 Tips: Atlantic City to come out on top at Perth

We’ve been treated to an excellent week of racing action so far and the entertainment continues on Sunday, with another four meetings to enjoy across Britain and Ireland.
The racing is equally split between Britain and Ireland, with Sligo and Dundalk providing the Irish fixtures and a couple of British National Hunt cards from Perth and Stratford.
Our expert has selected four tips from across the afternoon and they can combine to form a Lucky 15. Among them is a Johnny Murtagh runner who is well set to get off the mark.

15:16 Perth – Atlantic City @ 2/1
Olly Murphy’s ATLANTIC CITY is a consistent performer and she has made the frame in seven of her nine starts over hurdles. The daughter of Ulysses has been in good form since joining this yard and she can be rewarded with a second success on Sunday.
The five-year-old was last successful over course and distance on her penultimate start when she scored by a length-and-a-quarter. Second at Aintree after that, the handicapper has pushed her up another couple of pounds but that won’t stop her from being in the mix.
Most of her rivals look a little out of form and with Sean Bowen on board, it’ll be a surprise if Atlantic City is not bang in the mix at the business end of the race.
15:51 Perth – Parisencore @ 5/1
Nicky Richards has a 33 per cent strike-rate at Perth so far this season, with one winner from his three previous runners, and PARISENCORE looks well set to add to that tally. The veteran finished second off this mark last time out and is fancied to go one better.
He returned to winning ways with a comfortable success off a 5lb lower mark at Newcastle in April and the form has received a boost since, with the runner-up winning over hurdles next time. This is his first try over three miles and he shapes as if the new trip will suit.
16:45 Stratford – Edelak @ 4/9
Four-year-old EDELAK was an impressive winner of a 1m4f maiden at the Galway Festival last summer and the gelding has been progressive since going over hurdles for the all-powerful Dan Skelton, so much so that connections rated him highly enough to start him in a Listed race at Aintree in December.
Things didn’t go to plan there but he got off the mark in a Huntingdon maiden hurdle a couple of starts later. Handicaps have seen him to best effect and he has won two three-runner races by wide margins. He should still be well ahead of the handicapper.
16:55 Dundalk – Reynir @ 8/13
Dundalk’s penultimate race is an intriguing six-runner maiden and the Johnny Murtagh-trained REYNIR should be more than capable of getting the job done. He’s clearly going the right way, having stepped forward with every run, and this is a good opportunity.
He looked in need of both the run and the experience on debut at Gowran Park and he produced a better display to finish third behind subsequent Royal Ascot winner Enceladus at Cork in his following outing before coming second last time out at Navan.
A similar effort to what he produced at Navan should be enough for Reynir to shake his maiden tag on Sunday.
