Lucky 15 Tips: Monmiral can make a winning return to fences

While there's no Irish action to look forward to on Monday, we do have five fascinating fixtures to keep us entertained. Jump racing takes centre stage in the afternoon, with three meetings from Kempton, Ludlow and Sedgefield, while all-weather action from Newcastle and Wolverhampton provides the entertainment through the evening.
Our expert has taken a close look at the day's cards and picked out four selections that can be combined to form their Lucky 15 tips on Monday.

13:35 Ludlow – Blue Tempus @ 5/2
Juvenile hurdler BLUE TEMPUS failed to win in six starts on the Flat, although he did manage to finish second in a handicap over 1m2f. Second in his first couple of starts over hurdles, he was unfortunate to bump into a subsequent Grade 2 winner at Stratford.
He made his handicap debut at Kempton last month and kept on to finish fourth. The handicapper has since dropped him 3lb and that can only help his chances.
Three-year-old's get a 16lb allowance in this race and Blue Tempus is the sole recipient.
There could be more to come in handicap company and although longer trips may suit in time, he should be capable of running a big race here.
14:08 Ludlow – Monmiral @ 15/8
Paul Nicholls has gotten off to a relatively slow start this autumn, with a couple of notable exceptions, and MONMIRAL can provide a morale-boosting victory for the yard here.
Very talented on his day, the eight-year-old brings an abundance of graded hurdle form to the table.
Nicholls' gelding was a Grade 1 winner as a juvenile and although he hasn't quite reached the same levels since, he did win the Pertemps Final at the Cheltenham Festival back in 2024, off a mark of 138.
The son of Saint Des Saints also finished second in two Grade 2 races last term and he looks ready for a return to chasing.
14:30 Kempton – That'll Do Moss @ 5/4
Fergal O'Brien made a seemingly audacious bid to win the Grade 1 Honeysuckle Mares Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse in April and THAT'LL DO MOSS ran an absolute stormer to finish second to Willie Mullins' impeccably bred mare Aurora Vega.
She won a maiden hurdle at Ayr back in January and followed that up with a very narrow defeat in a Grade 2 novice at Sandown. It's a slight concern that she was beaten at odds of 1/10 in a novice at Ayr last term but most of her form is much better than that.
This looks like a good starting point for the season and the handicapper reckons she's the best horse in the race. The evidence suggests they could be right.
15:15 Ludlow – Lightning Flash @ 7/2
A field of eight has been declared for this race and the Nigel & Willy Twiston-Davies-trained LIGHTNING FLASH makes the most appeal. His first two starts of the current campaign were very promising and he won a low grade race at Perth in good style on his seasonal debut.
Following up on chasing debut at Chepstow next time, he beat Pure Carbon by four lengths and looks well set to confirm the form.
His most recent display was a little perplexing but perhaps the return to two miles can get him back on track.
The odds can fluctuate between publishing our pieces and race-time. As a guide, a £0.50p win Lucky 15 on today's selections, at the prices, and assuming all four won, would return around £155.35 for your total £7.50 stake.
