Ffos Las Tips: Three to follow on Wednesday

There are six UK and Irish race meetings heading our way on Wednesday and the six-race card at Ffos Las has caught my attention. I have taken a look at the runners and riders across the day's action and have picked out my three best bets of the day.
You can check out my Ffos Las Tips below.

19:30 Ffos Las - Bama Lama @ 6/1
There are nine runners declared for this 5f Class 6 handicap and there are a few with strong claims here. She may not be top of the list but I have a good feeling about BAMA LAMA, who has extensive experience at this racecourse.
In four C&D runs, the seven-year-old has posted two wins and two second-place finishes and she heads here after her most impressive run of the season at Chepstow on June 24, finishing third out of nine.
Bama Lama won't mind if there's rain as it can help bolster her claim. Trainer Rod Millman will be pleased with the improvements he saw on her last outing, and he will be hoping that there will be more to come upon her return to this happy hunting ground.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
20:00 Ffos Las - Beggarman @ 8/11
BEGGARMAN returns to Ffos Las swiftly after winning over 1m 6f here on June 22. The eight-year-old is stepping back up to 2m on Wednesday for this Class 6 handicap, which is just a small field of four runners.
The gelding has two victories at this distance and he posted his first turf victory last time out, having previously had two second-place finishes here. Trainer Hughie Morrison and connections will be delighted with how that last run went, ending a stretch of 10 runs without victory.
Morrison will be hoping Beggarman can build on this being back at the scene of his latest triumph. The ground conditions are looking to be good to firm, which shouldn't have too much of an impact, and it is the smallest field he has competed in for a while, so there are fewer rivals to deal with.
I think he has a strong chance.

20:30 Ffos Las - Whatsgoingonmarvin @ 8/11
The penultimate race of the day is a Class 5 handicap contested over 1m 4f. Nine runners have been declared and there are a few with claims but none more so than WHATSGOINGONMARVIN.
The three-year-old made his first appearance of the season last week at Ayr before a swift follow up at Chester. He won both which were contested over 1m 5f and 1m 6 1/2f trips respectively - and they were also the first wins he has posted in his career.
He only had to contend with five other rivals at Chester but had to navigate a field of 10 other runners at Ayr, but both runs were equally impressive. Trainer Sir Mark Prescott should be proud of how his star has started the season after an eight-month absence, but he may feel like there is still more to come.
Ground conditions are looking optimal for the gelding and he is definitely the one to beat on Wednesday.
