Horse Racing Tips: Give this horse a Glance at Galway on Tuesday

My Saturday Daily Double was not a success, despite one runner losing out by a short head. I return to cast my eye over Tuesday's racing action, with five meetings on offer over the course of the day.
Below you will find my Horse Racing Tips.
Horse Racing Daily Double - Tuesday, October 7

14:45 Brighton - Roman Spring @ 6/1
My first selection comes from the flat action taking place at Brighton. The second race of the day is a Class 6 handicap over 6f and there are 13 runners declared for this trip.
On form, there are a couple of leading candidates and one of them is ROMAN SPRING for Rachel Cook & John Bridger's yard. The five-year-old son of Caravaggio has two career wins to date and both were over C&D, with the latest coming on his last appearance on September 29.
The gelding defeated Haveagobeau by a head to land his first handicap victory and connections will be hoping that he can build on that moving forward. They should fancy his chances here given how fresh that win was, but there is a 5lb penalty for them to consider here.
As well as this, his two triumphs at this course have come on good to firm ground, while the forecast for Tuesday has it at good to soft, which may throw a spanner in the works.
It doesn't throw me off, though, as I believe he's going to be in for another strong performance.

15:20 Galway - Sporting Glance @ 9/4
The jumps action in Galway is where my second pick of the day comes from and I like the look of SPORTING GLANCE for Cian Collins' yard. The six-year-old gelding contests a 2m61/2f Novice Handicap Hurdle alongside nine rivals.
He heads here hoping to complete a hat-trick, having won his previous two outings. The winning streak started with a C&D triumph on September 8, before following it up with success at Downpatrick over 2m51/2f.
The son of Coastal Path's mark has risen from 98 to 120 but the experienced jockey Eoin Staples takes off 7lb for this race. Sporting Glance remains unexposed in handicaps and connections will be confident that he still has much more to offer.
On form, he boasts leading claims and I am expecting another positive performance from him at a course which he recently enjoyed victory.
