Katie Walsh’s Cheltenham Friday Day 4 Tips: Dino to make the bookies blue on Friday

As the Festival reaches its climax on Friday, Katie Walsh has provided her Cheltenham Festival Day 4 tips.

As a former Cheltenham Festival winner, Katie knows exactly what it takes to perform on the sport’s biggest stage, and races don’t get much bigger than the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Friday’s highlight.

Katie will be highlighting the horses she believes are worth following on the final day of the meeting, so without further ado here are Katie Walsh's Friday Day 4 Cheltenham Tips...

NB 15:20 Doctor Steinburg @ 7/2

My next best is Doctor Steinburg in the Albert Bartlett, who looks an absolute beast.

He was so impressive last day out - he's a bit keen in places, but when I got to Paul (Townend) when he pulled up (having won at the DRF) he said 'Jesus Christ, this is a machine', he's a man of few words, so when he comes out with something like that you tend to listen.

There was plenty of chat he wouldn't handle heavy ground that day, so if it tightens up on Friday, could he be better again?

13:20 Selma De Vary @ 7/2

Next up I've gone for Selma De Vary in the Triumph Hurdle.

I know it's not thinking outside the box too much but you can't take away from her what she did last time out. Obviously JP's other horse (Narciso Has) was nailed on for this one but with him being ruled out, I think there's a lot of improvement to come from Selma and she can win here.

16:00 Gaelic Warrior @ 4/1

This is a really tough betting heat for a Gold Cup but if someone asked me to pick one horse to ride it would have to be Gaelic Warrior.

Last year's winner Inothewayurthinkin is obviously coming into this one for Gavin Cromwell on the back of a heavy fall, so you don't really know what you are getting there.

It looks like we're gonna get a lot of rain on Thursday andif  it gets rain it'll definitely suit Gaelic as well as Spillane Tower who would be suited if it goes heavy at a big price.
