What is Best Odds Guaranteed?

Simply put, Best Odds Guaranteed is a well-established horse racing industry promotion whereby you can place your bet at fixed odds and if your selection drifts in the betting to a bigger starting price, you will be paid at the higher price.

So for instance if you were to back Constitution Hill at 4/5 (1.8 decimal) and it steadily drifted in price throughout the day of the race and went off at 11/10, you would receive £210 back from a £100 stake, instead of £180. This takes any doubt out of the customers mind when choosing to select SP (Starting Price) or the fixed odds available.

Do Betfred pay Best Odds Guaranteed in shops?

Betfred used to have two selected race meetings per day for Best Odds Guaranteed in our shops but as of this Thursday 8th January it is being rolled out to all our high street shops for every single UK & Ireland race. And unlike some of our competitors it will be paid as standard, there are no opt ins or membership cards needed and there is no max bonus payout!
