19:39 Yarmouth - T6 (Good Anna) @ SP
Lost all chance last week when well fancied, after being hampered at the start and again at first bend. We are drawn better this evening and we can gain that all-important clear run. If we get round the first bend unscathed then we can open up down the far side and fly home.
T1 is a slow to stride runner. Double figure prices the last few races and never involved. Only recently dropped to this A8 grade where he boasts a win/loss record of 4/21 which is not great. Not for me.
T2 would be dangerous if she could rediscover early September form when she was stopping the clock around the 28.60 mark. Will need a time like that to challenge us tonight and currently is not in that sort of form.
T3 is a vacant trap.
T4 is back after a two month lay off. Prior to lay off was running in A6 grade. Trial back not that good and may need tonight's race to blow off cobwebs. Does have a good record though against A8 dogs, winning two from four tries. If fully wound up could be dangerous.
T5 is an ex-Hove runner. A few trials here and one race so far when coming in last. Trials are a little way off us and I can't see this runner challenging us tonight.
So to us in T6. Perfect draw outside tonight, can track pace in T5 and as long as we avoid a bump at bend one, our back straight pace is something to be admired. If we reach top gear we can quickly get to leaders and go on by third bend. From there we can just pull further and further clear. Very solid choice.

21:28 Nottingham - T3 (Nottingham) @ SP
Ex-Irish import who ran really well last week is having first look at the track. Nottingham is a difficult track to run first time up. Will no doubt come on for that run and can easily lead up this evening. His Shelbourne card ties in with T2 in this contest.
T1 is in great form over 500m winning last three races. Last time raced an exceptional time for the grade. Normally a tad slow to go and that will hinder her chances this evening. There are some classy dogs in this contest that this runner will struggle to back run.
T2 is our main danger this evening. Unlucky when coming to win the race last week and crowded at third bend when travelling well. Prior form is ok and when I look back to this runner's Shelbourne card we are about 3-4 lengths quicker over the 480m trip. We are going to gain first run on this dog this evening in my estimation.
T4 was sent off a big price on debut and came in a tailed off last. Nothing from that run says this dog will improve enough to figure this evening.
T5 is a Yarmouth raider and will be moving off as drawn as is more used to coming out of T6. Never been here for a look and on that alone I can't fancy her.
T6 has been here the last two weeks. This Yarmouth runner has struggled and sp of 16/1 and 33/1 tell their own story. Again I see this runner being a big price and not getting involved.
So back to us in T3, ideal launch pad to lead up tonight and being drawn wider out than last week we can run bend one a tad better. If we improve 1-2 lengths on last week's form we should easily land this contest. That's why I make us my bet of the day.
