Thursday Greyhound Tips: Trap2Line’s two top picks from Newcastle and Hove

We're off to Newcastle and Hove today as our resident greyhounds tipster, Trap2Line, picks to prize canines from today's racing. He's focusing on a dog who he hopes will live up to their name and shift like a bullet, while an in-form runner looks to continue their hot streak in our other race.

T1 (Raebella Bullet) 20:24 Hove @ SP
We won last week despite horrible trouble at first and fourth bend. Better drawn this evening for this bitches trophy final and we can again follow the pace in T4 before coming late to win on the run-in.
T2 more noted as an eight-bend runner so will only just be getting warmed up towards the end of the race. If this race became crowded or held up at any point this runner could take advantag. But if it's a clean run race then I don't see her being quick enough this evening.
T3 trapped well last week but lacked a yard of early pace. Rallied off the last and was closing on the leaders towards the line. will be crowded here out of the boxes with T4 looking to come across to the rails and that could spoil this one's chances.
T4 will turn left out of the boxes and try to lead all the way. I still think this one will lead even after giving T3 a whack at trap rise. We can turn in a pitch behind and pick this runner up late on.
T5 is a non runner. Now a vacant box.
T6 is plotted up on the outside, being the only wide runner so could rate as our main danger. Will basically be having a solo trial out wide. However, I don't feel this dog will be quick enough this evening to take advantage.
So to us in T1. It is imperative that we lead T2 on the run up, also avoiding T4 that will come across to the rails. We can turn second (third at worst) and then close all the way down the back. As long as we do it right at the third and fourth bend when passing T4 then the race should be ours to lose. Confident choice.

T3 (Ballymac Sargie) 20:54 Newcastle @ SP
We have returned to the track in exceptional form since our lay-off, winning two out of three and being unlucky in the other race. Tonight I feel our race make up suits us and we can gain first run to chase down the leader in T6.
T1 has a good rails pitch but is slow into stride. I've seen this runner edge middle on the run up from T1 and if they do that tonight it could spoil the chances of T2.
T2 had a good win over six bends at Pelaw and was hampered early on here last week. Normally doesn't have much early pace and we can lead the inside runners tonight.
T4 won last week after missing the early trouble. Won't be as easy to do that here and this runner is better known for running over six bends. I feel we have more early pace initially than this rival and that can increase our chance if leading out.
T5 is drawn wider out than ideal. Will edge into T4 on the run up. However, this dog has good times and has been very consistent. If we fluff our lines and this runner turns second then it may be difficult for us to back run them.
T6 is a guaranteed leader out wide. If that happens and the remainder of the field come together could be gone without recall. I do see us turning in behind him and can slowly close. Since running in England he is 2/2 but overall times are a few lengths off us.
So to us in T3, we should be able to lead inside runner and T4. We can turn in behind T6 and set after him. I see us collaring him around the final two bends and win this race going away. Bet of the day for me.
