Tuesday Greyhounds Tips: Two selections from Doncaster

Our resident Greyhounds expert, Trap2Line, is back today with his Tuesday Greyhounds Tips as he looks for another strong day.

Read below for his two selections which both come from Doncaster tonight.

T6 (Rossa Twink) 20:26 Doncaster @ SP

Has been off the card for a while but had previously been top grade at both two and four bends. Has had a few trials to blow the cobwebs away and recorded a low 17 seconds both runs, a repeat of that time will secure victory here. We like the Trap 6 draw and have a good looking chance in tonight’s race.

How I see this race going, I believe straight away that T3 and T4 are drawn the wrong way round and will come together on the run up. T2 prefers a more middle course so that will edge off a true line as well. T1 normally misses the break and paces up but overall times compared to us aren't quick enough but I do see T1 being a danger if we get held up. All we have to do is clear T5 on the run up to take control at the first bend and win clearly.

T4 (Sparta Knight) 18:04 Doncaster @ SP

English debut last week and was travelling very well into first bend but badly crowded and put out of the race, previously raced at Waterford and Limerick and does boast winning form over in Ireland. Looking at today's race we have an exceptional make up that we can use to go on to victory

How I see tonight's race going, we can quickly pace up after breaking well and looking over all the other runners they aren't in the best of form and none are very quick as traps rise. I see a dominant trap to line victory. Last week we backed off the boards and left the money behind, tonight I see the same in regards to the amount of money but feel we win and comfortably too.
