T1 (Elms Cup) - 19:31 Doncaster @ SP

Returns to the track this evening after a short lay-off, prior to a spell on the sidelines we were running well in top A1 grade over the 483m and open races over this 450m trip we face tonight. We have had 1 trial back over the 275m sprint trip and that should’ve put us in a strong position for this evening.

How I see tonight’s race going, we can use our rails pitch to quickly pace up, Trap 2 stays straight on run up so we should avoid any crowding.  If we do lead up I doubt any of this field can match us. Question will be off the last if fitness will be telling having first run back but looking at previous back form we do run well first time back after lay-off so I’m not concerned.

T2 (Head To Town) - 21:24 Central Park @ SP

Returns back to a more manageable grade this evening after a few runs in D3’s performing well and breaking 17 seconds a few times where most of this evenings struggle to do the same.

How I see this race going, even in higher grade we have led quicker dogs than tonight’s field. So I see us pacing up and quickly leading the dog on the inside, if we go round we can stretch away to win well. Being a sprint we have to get out quickly but on all form we can do that. Strong selection.
