Thursday Greyhounds Tips: A couple to go Trap2Line

Our greyhounds tipster Trap2Line enjoyed a winner on Wednesday and bids to go one better on Thursday, with another two selections from Hove and Newcastle.

Another one stepping up from four bends to six this evening and he looks to have a golden opportunity being drawn on the wide outside. As the only wide runner, we should get a clear run early.

We ran a personal best last time out over the 500m trip, only just failing to defy an odds-on jolly.

Form at our old stomping ground Crayford was over 380m, but we did step up to six bends once before and got crowded early, but made good late headway. I feel this trip will be perfect for us.

This race basically revolves around us and if we can get to the front early. It's a worry if we don't, as T3 stays all day and has form over eight bends. I wouldn't want to have to come from behind that runner.

I see us leading and using our four-bend pace to go clear. We enter the unknown off the last bend, but I'm hopeful there'll be enough in the tank to last this out.

A very interesting one-off maiden over 640m tonight, with all runners stepping up from four to six bends and little form to go off.

I've had to go way back to when we were running in Ireland to find some form over the extended four-bend trip at Shelbourne and Cork. Having watched a few replays I believe we are very likely to appreciate the trip.

As I say, there isn't much form from the other runners which concerns me as they become unknown quantities, but I see us trapping well and making all.

The runner I'm most worried about is T4, as they have some back form over the trip and if we falter that runner can pick up the pieces. But I can't see that and I'm hopeful of a decisive win.
