I think I may have found one here at a price and having the ability to rewatch races has been crucial in being able to see this runner run. Always strong in the finish, what I have been watching is how we go after the finish line to the drop. This race is over 695m; we have been staying on strongly and going away from fields after the race is over meaning we should suit this step up in trip from 500m to 695m.
How I see the race going: T2 slowly into stride A7 runner on all form won't be competitive in this. T3 pup recently won an A9 and stepped up to A7 and struggled and will do so against these tonight. T4 has been over the trip so does stay but his four-bend form is uninspiring. If we don't stay, though, T4 will pick up the pieces.
T5, a recent Irish recruit, was well thought of latest when going off odds on but couldn't land the money. Unsure how a step up in trip will help, and this A4 running has a watching brief advised by me. T6 is another potential here, has no form over the far but did run the extended four bends last week and was made favourite but didn't show much pace; had every chance and didn't look as though she stayed and just ran with dogs instead and taking it up.
So, in conclusion, we are the fastest four-bend runner in the field and a strong stayer in the process, so I expect a dominant victory this evening.

We backed him last week and were desperate not to get around the first bend being knocked sideways by the inside runner. The move from T6 to T4 tonight will be crucial, and I expect us, with the race make-up, to get back the losses from last Thursday.
How I see the race panning out: T1 improving grader over four bends going up from A7 to A1, pitched in the deep end last week and struggled over the 515m trip and the SP of 14/1 tells the story. T2 is our main danger as drawn, he came over from Ireland with a big reputation, and better had been expected of him, going off favourite on both runs on these shores. In the same race as us and equally the same amount of trouble but I believe we get first run on this one tonight.
T3 will be heading to the rails when the traps open and could crowd the inside runners which will give us more space to operate being drawn outside this runner. T5 early pace over the shorter four bend trip and one we will have to keep an eye on early as may just edge across a tad as this is the furthest she has been drawn out, but us having the inside line at the bend can mean we can force our way through.
T6 on paper looks a good draw; however, is also a middle runner so will be edging in, times and form nothing special. So, all in all, I think this is a good opportunity for us to pace up and clear at the bend and go on to win well. Any sort of clear run is all we need.
