Sunday Greyhounds Tips: Trap2Line gives his Sunday best

Irish raider one of my leading fancies for the greyhound derby to make the final and is currently 33/1, has trialled in well here showing eye catching speed, and running the track really well which will stand us in good stead for this. 

How I see the race being run - T1 good sprint trial here and does have some excellent form at Shelbourne, if we fluff our lines this one could pick up the pieces. T2 Limerick raider, first look here, unsure if he will run the track, not for me. T4 is a slow starter and will struggle if coming away last, times don't compare to us. T5 average trials, won't compete this afternoon and will be an outsider. T6 has no worthwhile form, trials poor and is nearly one second slower than us in a clean run race. So all I see is a dominant performance from the outset, a trap to line victory. 

We have improved five-fold recently and been posting some quick times at Central Park. With that improvement I take us to win this open easily from the front with our blistering early pace.

How I see the race going - T1 better known as a stayer and will get outpaced early here. T2 is a consistent A2 performer but will struggle against these quicker dogs, not for me. T3 sprinting type, good figures over the two-bend trip, from what I've seen doesn't stay this four bends. T4 good form at Perry Barr but has struggled here and times not competitive in this. T6 Hove raider not been here so an unknown. All I see is us trapping well with T3, going on at halfway and T3 holding the rest of the field up and us going on to victory.
