Saturday Greyhounds Tips: Keep On Movin’ with Five tonight!

Our greyhound guru Trap2Line has determined that FIVE is the magic number tonight, and he's taking in action from Oxford and Central Park. Cunning plot(s) time ...
Greyhound Tips - Saturday, June 7
T5 (Deelish Crofty) 20:26 Oxford @ SP
Looking at every card and every race today this runner is plotted up and for me has the best draw. Drawn for a solo out wide, it has the best times in the contest and has so many things going for him I would be foolish not to put him up. To me, as much of a 'good thing' as there can be (fingers firmly crossed).
How I see this maiden open being run - T1 won latest in A2, big step up tonight, and won't really appreciate the rails draw as from watching videos is a true middle runner; so will edge off right out of the traps, and could come together with the runners outside him.
T2 will go the other way. This Swindon raider loves the rails and will make a beeline for them on the run up, so both T1 and T2 could spoil each other's races.
T3, the Hove raider - both runs here it's shaped as though would appreciate this middle draw and was crowded on the run-up in our race last week.
T4 has been off over 6 months and returns to the track tonight, getting quicker in trials the past few weeks but lacks race fitness. Will surely come on a bundle from tonight's run.
So on to us - sole wide seed, drawn to miss all the trouble, we can pace up and clear these at the bend, we are also strong from halfway and can win this by multiple lengths going away at the finish.
Very strong selection.

T5 (Fastlane Hoffa) 21:28 Central Park @ SP
Lost all chance at the start last week with a bad stumble so you can forgive that line of form. Better judged on the 16.14 sprint trial the week before, or the pair of 480m wins at Thurles in Ireland before arriving on these shores. You will see a different animal tonight with a level break.
How I see this maiden trophy race being run - T1 is a Romford six-bend runner dropping back to this 491m distance for tonight's race. Decent first look around here last week with a 29.26 trial and looks to have a good draw on the rails.
T2 is another Romford insider, form not so good and is a tight railer so could take T1's ground on the run up.
T3 is a Lifford runner, no show on debut and is another that will be heading across to the rails, room will be tight on the run up for all inside runners, and crowding looks inevitable.
T4 is another railer, terrible draw this far away from the fence, and will turn left as soon as the traps open. T6 (Towcester sprinter), does have her draw on the outside tonight, poor four-bend form/times but is a good sprinter so could show up for first couple of bends here.
So on to us - a perfect launchpad as in races and trials has favoured a middle course, can break level, raw pace to take him to the lead, and we will clear these at the bend and pull further and further clear.
Max bet for me.
