Saturday Greyhounds Tips: Trap2Line picks out two to watch from Perry Bar and Oxford

Our greyhound guru Trap2Line has devoured Saturday's cards and has selected two lively ones from Perry Bar and Oxford.

19:28 Perry Bar - Romeo Tomcat (T5) @ SP

A dog that has impressed me since his debut when he blitzed the field with his middle pace, since then hasn't really been coming away but warmed up for this with two-course and distance trials.

T1 prefers a draw away from the fence so will edge right out the traps - trial ok but was coursing a middle course throughout. T2 100% needs the rails as viewed in trial so will be turning left into T1's path as soon as the traps open and will no doubt crowd that runner.

T3 again a runner that would prefer a draw closer to the rails and again could crowd on the run up, T4 will be edging across too as in the Monmore comp recently dived straight for the rails, so I see all the inside four coming together and spoiling each other's chances.

T6 on reflection has a good draw, but trial time puts him nearly eight lengths slower than us.

21:18 Oxford - Alright Gordy @ SP

We return to our favourite track this evening where our record is 11/22 in the trap and 7/8 wins in recent record, however tonight's race has pretty deep form.

T1 is an enigma really, promises so much but rarely delivers and is always visually unlucky in his races. T2 is the main danger in the fact that they should go round in front, and does bring strong four-bend form to the table and impressed on six-bend debut two weeks ago.

T3 out pointed in this and will struggle unless it becomes a crowded race, while T5 very consistent and always runs a solid race, will be edging through the middle and staying middle throughout the race tonight.
