Saturday Greyhounds Tips: Trap2Line bids for back-to-back doubles

Fresh off the back of a quickfire double on Friday, our greyhounds tipster Trap2Line returns 24 hours later with another couple of selections from Central Park and Doncaster.

19:44 Central Park - Head Count (T3) @ SP

HEAD COUNT returns to course and distance on Saturday after coming from an impossible position to win a similar contest here last time out. After bad crowding, we found ourselves tailed off but flew home from the second bend to overtake the whole field and get up right on the line.

T1 will more than likely set the pace in this race, while T2 normally takes time to get into stride and that should allow us to turn in behind the pace. T4 could also be an early pace-setter and can be out of our way early challenging T1 for the lead.

T5 doesn't have a great draw and fails to inspire in the form department. T6 is an interesting runner and perhaps the main danger having been in good form at Romford. He's got a nice draw, too.

I see us turning in behind both T1 and T4 and using our superior middle pace to close and take it up coming into the third bend.

20:34 Doncaster - No Better Feelin (T1) @ SP

This looks a really good one-off open race, which I see as a match between NO BETTER FEELIN and T2.

Given the make up of the race, I think we have an excellent chance to win this. We've got a lovely draw and the course's straights ought to play to our advantage.

T2 boasts some solid form both here and at Sheffield in open races, landing a similar contest last week, while T4 Nottingham raider is an A1 performer with mixed success. He's been here before but that form back in March 24 was poor and a replication of that won't be enough in this company.

T5 has ran well here before and will be a danger if doing so again, but recent form shows the dog is in decline and not as fast as he used to be. A return to form can't be ruled out but he's best watched at the minute.

T6 is a regular winner here and has popped up at a price on a few occasions. He usually finds open races hard, though, and I suspect that'll be the case again.

I see us pacing up early on and leading at the first bend, or at least being handy, and utilising our strong middle pace to set up the finish.
