T3 (No Better Feelin) 20:19 Nottingham @ SP

Returns here after runs as Doncaster and Romford, when we was last here we broke the 29-second barrier for the 480m trip. This step up to 500m won't phase us tonight and the make up of tonight's race suits us and we can get last week's money back from our loss at Doncaster.

How I see the race going, T1 is returning from an extended spell on the sidelines, average trial back and won't be able to lay up with these early, had T1 been fully fit it would probably win this, but we are taking fitness on trust and I'm going for recent form over potential fitness in this.

T2 is a slow starting railer at Swindon will struggle against these and no look here also worries me, T4 slowly away raider from Swindon will be running in late, did run here last week and will probably come on for that look, but in a clean run race T3 is definitely faster. T5 solid local, could run well at a price here. All I do see is us pacing up and making all - a very solid selection.

T3 (Danish Ruby) 21:46 Nottingham @ SP

A recent Irish recruit and a bit unlucky on English debut when crowded out at the first bend, dropped straight back in trip to two bends this evening which can prove fruitful. Has trialled in at Swindon over two bends and out in some open race sprint times so I'm not concerned with this step back in trip.

As I see tonight's final race being run, T1 never had a look here meaning she will probably run off at the first bend. Looking at Swindon times we are around 3-4 lengths quicker over sprint trip.

T2 is in good graded form here and will run his usual game race but looking at overall form if T3 pops out T2 will struggle. T4 will move out the traps as drawn and again another runner that has never been here so will run wide off the first bend as this course is very different to Swindon.

T5 is a similar story to T1 and T4, another without a look, not for me. T6 top grade at Perry Barr, unknown if she will take to the track or not. So everything points to us, I prefer (especially) here that a runner has been around the track as it's a difficult course to run first time up when you are used to other venues. I can't see anything other than a dominant display from T3. Bet of the day for me.
