Greyhound Betting Tips - Monday, April 21
19:22 Yarmouth - Good Anna @ SP
No show on debut but was crowded everywhere and was unable to show the pace we had in trials. Did however show some pace when clearing the trouble. Has a lot better make up this evening to show our true colours and I expect a win second time of asking
As I see the race panning out, T1 is very consistent in the grade and will rate our main danger but I feel we gain the first run and can clear away where as T1 might have to do things the hard way.
T2 downgraded tonight but form is terrible and has shown nothing for months, not for me. T3 sprinter type will lead up the middle but fails to stay this fair and weakens off the last. T4 again another early pace type, will stick middle on the run up and I can't see him clearing T3, crowding looms at the bend.
T6 really slowly moves away on the outside so it can give us a clear passage. So back to us, we can pace up and clear T6, avoid T3 and T4 at the bend and then challenge by 3rd bend, take it up and go away, my eyes will be drawn to where T1 turns, but I can see that runner being held up allowing us to win.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
19:27 Nottingham - Witton Williams @ SP
Impressed me on debut with the middle pace, didn't look to stay the 450m at Sunderland and was reeled in on the run in, since then has come here and trialled over course and distance and broke 18 seconds, for a first look that is impressive and will no doubt come on for that
As I see the race going, T1 will go off odds on and of course rate the danger with a couple of impressive wins over the 255m trip, I just feel we have more potential on the outside. T2 will move off as drawn and more of a four- bend runner, so you can even give a better case for T1 on draw alone.
T3 back after lay off and will be moving across to the rails as drawn, decent trials but we are quicker on the outside. T4 again another railer, poor draw and will struggle to get across from here and can crowd the runners at trap rise and on run up. So back to us, great draw, we will pace up down the middle and come round the field off the 2nd bend and win this going away.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
