Friday Greyhounds Tips: Trap2Line eyes up a Romford Double

Our resident Greyhounds tipster Trap2Line is back with two more selections from across the UK and is once more looking at a Romford double on Friday evening. Last week he had two odds-on tips at post time but the start of the weekend tips but neither came good, can we go better tonight?
As always, he gives us his thoughts and reasons behind his chosen runners. Read on to find his Friday Greyhound Tips...
Greyhounds Tips - Friday, January 31
T3 (Mad for Sterling) 20:54 Romford
Solid local. Very unlucky last week after being stopped numerous occasions, in fact did run well to get as close as he did after trouble. To me this is an easier race tonight and fared well in the draw, will have to do things the hard way but that is his running style and that doesn't change, we do sometimes come away (very rare) but have been known to ping once in a while.
How I see tonight's race going, we are going to have to look after ourselves round the first 2 bends but I see with the runners tonight us being handier than usual and then it will be game on.
If we lead anytime in this race we win btw, danger of course is the inside runner after last week's win but isn't that consistent at the traps, so we won't know till the traps rise what dog turns up tonight.
A record of 1 out of 4 in the trap doesn't instil much hope. I see us having a strong running performance and to win this going away.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
T6 (Bacon Roll) 21:28 Romford
Local that has been in tremendous form over the past couple of months landing open races for fun against some seriously fast greyhounds, looking at tonight's race it's stacked with quality but the makeup of the race favours us massively, I will highlight why below
How I see this evening's race panning out, T1 prior to switching to Crayford was running in A3 and was also running from a middle trap, so this move back to Romford and the move to the inside won't suit and will be edging off on the run-up.
T2 will rate our danger with a ping but with T1 moving off and T3 moving in won't have much room to operate on the run-up, so crowding looms (would be very dangerous with a ping) T3 as I have said will move in and is a very tight railer, granted she has never been here but a Yarmouth and Towcester sticks to the rails like glue so inside crowding will happen tonight.
T4 also more at home on the inside so will be edging across all the way on the run-up to the bend, T5 mid-runner who will give us lots of room and fingers crossed we can ping and lead that one early.
We aren't or haven't cried out for a draw in T6 and I would've preferred one closer to the middle but with all the crowding looming on inside the outside will be the place to be and as long as we can clear T5 we can go on to win this well.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
