Friday Greyhounds Tips: Three to go Trap2Line this evening

Our resident greyhounds tipster Trap2Line (@Trap2line1) is back with three selections - two from Nottingham and one from Sunderland - for Friday evening's racing.

18:48 Nottingham - T2 (Independent Lady) @ SP

This one won a similar race, which featured a few of tonight's field, last week. A similar make up with the same dog on our inside can ensure we lead again early on.

Our overall profile suggests we are an improving bitch that can take this race in our stride tonight before going on to better things.

We ought to trap quickly and maintain pace through the latter stages of races. I see us quickly leading up the rail with T1 slowly into stride, while our draw inside of T3 can see us getting round the bend in front of that rival and kicking on.

Key for us tonight is to clear T1 early. That will make or break our race in my view.

19:22 Nottingham - T1 (Swift Doireann) @ SP

This pup was slowly away on both starts so far, but is improving each time we go to the traps.

She steps down to A6 class and on paper looks to have an excellent chance of recording her first win.

T2 is a massive help for us early on in this, as they should give us plenty of room on the rail. We can track the early pace in T5/T6 before challenging round the later couple of bends and hopefully clearing the field off the last.

19:41 Sunderland - T3 (Ballycowen Mo) @ SP

Steps back down in grade this evening after some decent displays in A2 and handicaps and we went off 9/4f two runs back, showing we have been running at a decent level.

Our record in A3s is just one in seven, but as a pup we are getting stronger for every race. Owner/trainer thinks very highly of this bitch as she has gone off fav in seven of her 10 runs here.

Both T1 and T2 are returning after layoffs and their profiles suggest they will improve for one or two runs. On splits, we should quickly lead both the inside pair. T4 is a true runner and will stay straight in the run up as the traps open which is key to our chances as I believe T2 will move to rails so we can have a lot of space on the run up to pace up and clear the field.
