Tuesday Greyhound Tips: Two to watch from Central Park

18:31 Central Park - Cronody Zuma (T4) @ SP

We come back into the card after a three-week lay off, trialled in last week over course and distance and ran a very good time, we are noted for our early pace and that will stand us in good stead in this top-grade sprint race tonight.

T1 is more of a D2 runner than a D1 runner, so may be outclassed in this race tonight. They do have a good draw, but couldn't land an open at Pelaw last week from a favourable pitch and to me others in this race are faster.

T2 is a consistent in the grade overall but doesn't win too many, would probably appreciate a drop to D2 to get back to winning ways. I think this D1 race will be too hot.

T3 is our main danger tonight. This ex-Crayford runner has shown a liking for this track and trip, and is capable of a quick time in his races. If we don't perform this one will pick up the pieces.

T5 would have a better chance, in my opinion, if this was late April or early May. This runner would've been my selection as they were in tremendous form, not so good since and been going off fancy prices.

T6 has won three of last five so you have to take this runner seriously and all in top grade. He does have the outside to himself and again could come into race if breaking well, as he's been consistent on times.

So to us in T4, we have blistering early which I'm banking on taking us to the lead and missing the trouble at the bend. I think we're capable of a big run here.

21:23 Central Park - Rockpit Lenny (T2) @ SP

Ex-Lifford runner is still getting used to the Central Park track but has been running better than form suggests. Tonight, we can land our first-sprint race on British soil.

T1 has been off the card since December last year and slowly running back into form. Take out last week and I wouldn't have given this runner a squeak but a good run last week and a quick time brings this runner firmly into the mix this evening.

T3 stays gun barrel straight on the run up, solid D2 runner that will always be there or thereabouts. They win the occasional race but we have the running lane on this one tonight and I can see us leading the inside pair as they get to the bend.

T4 is more of a D3 runner really, outclassed in this and likely to go off as the outsider, I can't make a case for this one and this one will appreciate a drop back down in grade.

T5 pops up now and again at big prices, times are consistent though and if this races crowds or we don't perform then, this runner could come through at a price.

T6 is back after a two-month spell off the track, trialled really well but no show at a big price in return. They do have the back form to compete and could come into this if rediscovering that.

So to us in T2, we can break better than we have shown so far, we have really good early pace so anything like a level break and we should lead by the bend. We have a good chance here, in my opinion.
