Monday Greyhound Tips: No Better Feelin among three Nottingham hopefuls

Today's three selections all come from a competitive card at Nottingham, which you can read all about below...

1 pt 20:19 Nottingham – No Better Feelin (T3) @ SP

Three from the Colwick Road venue Nottingham this evening on an ultra-competitive card featuring two opens and 10 graded races.

At 20:19, look out for NO BETTER FEELIN, who lines up from T3 the Arc Four Bend Dual Distance Trophy final over the four-bend 500-metre trip. The Esther Drive-trained railer starts and stays, granted a clear run, the September 2022 son of Ballymac Cashout will prove very hard to beat.

In the heats of this Category Three competition last week, No Better Feeling pinged the lids and made all to record a five and three-quarter length victory.

Tonight, if he traps well, this could be all over bar the shouting.

Mossrich Mossy (T1) chased the selection home last time out and can do so again to fill the forecast spot. Early-paced middle seed Swift Kipper (T6) has a chance if he pings the lids and leads round.

1 pt 20:54 Nottingham – Lurriga Lassie (T2) @ SP

The A7 graded race at 20:54 over the standard four-bend 500-metre trip can go to lightly-raced railer LURRIGA LASSIE from T2.

The May 2024 daughter of Doolin Duke has only run twice since moving over from Ireland and has caught the eye on both runs staying on well.

Tonight, a vacant box in T1 strengthens claims and Lassie rates as a solid bet to break her Maiden tag on her third attempt at Nottingham.

Dairyland Roxy (T5) ran a cracker on debut when beaten a neck by Jemmy who re-opposes this evening in T6. Both rate as dangers and are worth noting in the market.

Platinumsapphire (T3) is zero from seven but has run better than that form suggests. She will be staying on well and enters calculations as a forecast mixer in the race.

1 pt 21:28 Nottingham – Stellas Incharge (T3) @ SP

The third and final selection from Nottingham is STELLAS INCHARGE, who lines up from T3 in the A2 graded race at 21:28 for trainer Esther Driver.

The lightly-raced youngster bolted up in A3 company two weeks ago, clocking 30.49 following a smart 5.05 sectional. A repeat of that run would make her very hard to beat this evening.

In a competitive race, the key will be the break and run into the first bend. It's imperative that Stellas Incharge traps well, clears those drawn on her immediate inside and hits the back straight a couple clear.

Sambar Prince (T1) is capable of winning this from the front or if turning on the tail of the leader, he rates as the main danger. Leo The Yank (T5) will be staying on well and looks a solid forecast option in the race.
