Wednesday Greyhound Tips: Two to follow at Harlow and Nottingham

Our resident Greyhound guru, Trap2Line, has taken a good look at the cards taking place across the UK on Thursday. He is particularly drawn to two runners at Harlow and Nottingham to form his Thursday Greyhound Tips.

14:11 Harlow - T1 (Havana Kaci) @ SP
This will be our third start this afternoon, and we have been given an excellent draw and opportunity to claim the rails and get round bend one in front with the T2 runner going to give us a lot of space on the run up, this could be the first win of many and I expect a lot of money for this runner.
How I see this D5 238m race panning out…
T2 poor draw really for this runner stepping down from four bends to two bends, having watched replays of his races he moves more middle to wide on the run up, very very slowy away and this will give us acres of room on the inside today.
T3 will do well to avoid T2 moving into her path early doors but I do think this runner will outtrap T2 anyways, had a decent Irish card and is no back number here, has already won and also run well in numerous races but feel with our draw and early run we can rail this runner off at bend one.
T4 been off the card since august and returned last week, where was 8/1 and was crowded out the race early doors, should come on for that run and if pinging the lids and if we miss it could take advantage.
T5 a couple of quick times for the grade over the last month and to me rates the main danger, may lead up the outside and clear away on run to the bend, but once we get upto full speed we can come through on the rails out the second bend.
T6 another runner coming back on to card after a small niggle, had this race been run in July/August then this runner would probably have been my pick on the fact of the sub 16-second runs and wins in this grade, but the fact has an early paced type on his direct inner that will mean he will struggle to clear at the bend and could result in early crowding and then dropping away, when fully wound up however will be a runner to follow.
So to us in T1, lots going for us, ignore the two-race form figures and finishing positions so far, unlucky not to win first time up when losing out in a close photo and last time out no run at the bend, today totally different story, this race maybe like a solo trial as will have so much room to ourselves going into bend one. I have to make us my max bet on this basis. Very confident of a big run.

13:36 Nottingham - T4 (Sambar Googoo) @ SP
We arrive here today having been downgraded last week into this A4 grade for the first time in a while, no chance when being badly baulked at the first bend so you can draw a line through that form and has a chance today to go round infront or at worst second place on shoulder of leader.
How I see this 500m A4 race being run…
T1 slow to go but is very consistent on the clock and I do see this runner as our main danger as will get a good run early doors behind the leaders, has winning form in the A5 grade, not won since stepping up to this grade but has been running well
T2 been off since may, and was in A6 then, returns in A4 this afternoon which I think is a step too far personally, trials have been ok, and all three have been similar, has a but to find with us and will probably need the race to blow off the cobwebs but is a pup and could be anything and pups can improve chunks at any given time, one to watch.
T3 vacant trap that can help us.
T5 slow to go runner that will stay on late in the day, if you go back to October 13 we have a verdict over this runner in A3 grade, when we came past this runner mid way through the race and beat him a couple of lengths and we should confirm that form today.
T6 wins his share, good form in this grade and multiple wins, can come away but can also be slowly into stride so your in the lap of the gods which Pelo turns up, on a going day will probably win this but I prefer our consistency over this runner.
So to us in T4, a very good chance to go round infront or second at worst behind T2, I do see us pacing up and clearing at the bends, big late runners in T1 and T6 so my eyes will be drawn to where each turn. I can see us being a few lengths up down far side and have enough in the tank to hold on on the run in. Solid choice.
