Wednesday Greyhound Tips: Three to shine on Humpday

We're delighted to announce we have a new Greyhounds tipster here on Betfred Insights, with Michael Smyth (@bettingjungle on X) joining the team. Michael possesses a great track record of tipping dogs throughout the industry and we're hoping he can bring some of that expertise to our loyal greyhound punters!
You can check out his Wednesday Greyhound Tips below, which feature three picks from Monmore, Nottingham and Sunderland...
Greyhound Tips - Wednesday, December 3
- 1 pt 12:42 Monmore - Whats Up Mac (T4) @ SP
- 1 pt 13:59 Nottingham - Ballymac Maximus (T1) @ SP
- 1 pt 17:24 Sunderland - Glenbervie Wolf (T5) @ SP

1 pt 12:42 Monmore - Whats Up Mac (T4) @ SP
The A10 graded race from Monmore at 12:42 can go to the Craig Marston-trained WHATS UP MAC, who runs from T4.
The April 2023 son of Ballymac Wild caught the eye last time out, finishing second over course and distance in A9 company, clocking 29.77 following a smart 4.53 sectional.
Surprisingly dropped in grade by the racing manager, Whats Up Mac has a chance to lead round this lunchtime in a race lacking early pace. The last time he managed to lead, Mac clocked 29.52, bolting up by over three lengths.
If he brings his trapping boots today, this should be a similar outcome. Swift Jess (T1) is lightly raced and is worth noting in the market. She stayed on in taking fashion last time out and could do so again today to grab second late on.

1 pt 13:59 Nottingham - Ballymac Maximus (T1) @ SP
At 13:59 in the A4 graded race at Nottingham over the standard four-bend 500 metre trip, BALLYMAC MAXIMUS appeals from T1.
The Esther Driver-trained railer is very lightly raced with just six runs in his career to date, and he’s caught my eye on two of those runs, when beaten in photo finishes.
Today, with a plot draw to work from with Platinum Honey (T2) not the quickest into stride, the May 2024 son of Ballymac Maximus can hold the rails, lead off the second bend and kick for home.
Penniment Fawn (T5) can show nice early pace into the first bend, it's imperative that Ballymac Maximus drives inside that rival and hits the back straight on the bunny.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
1 pt 17:24 Sunderland - Glenbervie Wolf (T5) @ SP
A little later on, look out for the Yvonne Bell-trained middle seed GLENBERVIE WOLF, who runs from T5 in the A1 graded race at 5.24 over the standard four-bend 450-metre trip at the Newcastle Road venue in Sunderland.
Following on from two recent runs in the Arena Racing Company Maiden heats and final over course and distance, the August 2023 son of Coolavanny Hoffa drops back into graded company and looks well-drawn to lead round and make all.
The key to the race is the break and run into the corner. On the bunny, Wolf is capable of clocking around the 27.30 mark and will prove very hard to beat if he brings his trapping boots this afternoon. Aunty Nora (T1) looks best of the rest and can chase home the selection.
Odds correct at time of publishing.
