19:44 Romford - T2 (Eternal Spirit) @ SP
We are a very interesting runner in this intertrack 575m race this evening against some solid local stayers. We arrive here from Hove without a look or trial but what we do have is some form over the 695m distance. With the recent rain, this 575m contest will feel like a 695m race. We can track leaders and challenge second lap tonight.
T1 should put the pace to the race but jury is still out as to whether this runner stays this far. Had every chance last week but weakened round the final two bends. I do see good initial early pace for this runner however and could lead up the inner and set the race up for us to pounce late.
T3 is a recent winner over four bends and does have form in top grade 575m here. Will need to run sub-36 seconds to be involved in tonights' finish. Personally I don't see that time in this one's locker currently.
T4 will be the main danger to us with any sort of a clear run and looks to be the fastest local over the distance in tonight's race. Achilles heel is this one's starts, they normally have to come from near the back. Same again tonight and it's imperative that we gain first run on our danger. If we do our chance increase greatly.
T5 does have the odd bit of six bend form at Hove but in general campaigns over four bends there. We are a lot quicker over four bends than this runner so I expect us to have a better chance this evening.
T6 is another Hove raider, similar profile to T5. Not as quick as usual under both codes there and to me will struggle tonight.
So to us in T2, we aren't going to lead but can follow/track both T1 and T3 and if taking to the track we can come through late on during the second lap to pick the leaders up and win this going away. My eyes will be drawn to where T4 turns but if we secure first run and T4 doesn't take a flyer we should be too good. This runner is a confident strong selection.

19:56 Yarmouth - T1 (Droopys Metaphor) @ SP
We return to graded sprinting action tonight after a couple of unlucky runs in open race company. Again we are drawn well on the rails but will need to start better if we are to avoid the early crowding that has happened in the last two weeks. If we go round clean we will be too quick for tonight's field and I would be disappointed if we didn't record a win.
T2 on all evidence and trials this runner charts a middle course throughout the race and that will help us by giving us room to pace up his inner. Some good form at Harlow and always well supported. Last year this dog did run here and was in good form over four bends. May find this 277m too sharp against some of today's runners. Not for me.
T3 is ex-Romford. A quick trial and spin in top grade here last week. Didn't really get into the race against faster rivals. Easier task today but there won't be much room up the middle initially as numerous runners today will be fighting for the same ground and we can take advantage.
T4 vacant box
T5 lowly grade four bend runner with exceptional early pace in that sphere. Never been over this sprint trip so could be anything. If able to get loose on the lead who knows. But I don't see that happening tonight and may well miss the up with it being the first time she has run from the sprint traps here.
T6 mixes two and four bend races. Decent overall form and good draw if coming away tonight. I just think we may have the edge on the inner in regards to runs at the bend. If we get held up though this runner can come round the wide outside for the win.
So to us on the inner in T1, good draw on the fence. Very nice downgrade, always well supported and we tick lots of boxes this evening. What I do see is a level break but we pace up and rail this field off at the first and second bends, we do that and we can kick clear for an impressive win. Very confident selection
