We arrive to this A9 after a couple of really unlucky defeats recently. Our times and overall form is head and shoulders better than this afternoon’s field and we can show that with an impressive victory in which we may need to come from last to first to win but everything points to us gaining a clear run and doing just that.
How I see this 476m A9 being run…
T1 debut today after three clearing trials, nice to see this runner getting quicker and quicker each time she has gone to the traps, may need todays experience, however, as this will be the first time she has raced against five others rivals. Trials suggest a slow to go type so may be held up but quicker runners on her outside but whatever she achieves today will certainly be one for the notebook moving forward.
T2 lots more early than T1 and likely to lead that runner to the first bend, overall form is ok but nothing special and I can see this runner setting the race up for us to come through late on as this runner weakens rounding final two bends.
T3 another slow to go type, won in this grade last week but time nothing special and grader keeps him in the same grade, did well to come through the field last week but that will be harder today and I don't see this runner staying on stronger than us as we have a lot quicker times recorded.
T5 been going off some fancy prices last few races but today's race is easier and this runner rates our main danger as drawn as time wise has a major shout today, with no T6 in the race this will also give this runner more space to operate from, I do see this runner second in to us in a clean run contest.
T6 vacant trap.
So to us in T4, good draw to track the early pace and maybe even turn handier than usual, form wise and time wise we are the quickest in today's line up and to me all we need is a clear run to win this and win this well, we have been sent off favourite three of last five runs so the potential is there and I see us finally landing the W this afternoon. Very confident choice.

This will be our first UK run after coming over from Ireland where we had an exceptional card especially open race sprinting at Cork winning our fair share and running well most of our races. I think connections will be disappointed if this runner is unable to win a D2 sprint at Swindon and I think everything points to a winning debut this afternoon.
How I see this 262m D2 sprint race being run…
T1 has been off since a really disappointing display in mid October when completely missing the break and finishing a tailed off last, good draw but over 6 weeks of bed rest isn't a positive and last week’s trial uninspiring, not for me.
T3 moves more mid to wide on the run up so will give us lots of space on her inside, a record of three wins from 26 tries in the grade is a poor return and this runner again has to overcome a months absence so again may need today's race.
T4 reverted to sprinting recently and is one from two in this sphere good win last week in a D3 and grader quickly raises this runner to a D2, she produced a strong running display to get up right on the line last week, not guaranteed a clear run today against these quicker types and may struggle with T3 moving into her path at trap rise today.
T5 had a good D3 win two runs ago but a big price and ran poorly when upped to this grade last week, formally a four-bend runner so any move again maybe late on in proceedings this afternoon.
T6 is a similar story to both T1 and T3 as has been off over a month and two recent trials over two bends here and four bends at Dunstall park, prior to lay off was in poor form and to me I see this runner being one of the outsiders today.
So to us in T2, on paper there doesn't look to be much early pace in today's race and with T1 being slowly away and T3 moving off more mid to wide on the run up we have the perfect opportunity to pace up and clear away by bend number one.
Our back form can't be questioned and we can win this race impressively before going on to bigger and better things in the uk, either way one runner for your notebooks moving forward and I have to make this runner a max bet with all the positives going for her.
