Saturday Greyhound Tips: Trap2Line’s two from Donny and Central Park

Our resident greyhounds tipster Trap2Line shares his best bets from across the UK & Ireland on Saturday.

Central Park and Doncaster are the venues for his latest couple of selections.

17:25 Central Park - Cloheena Boyce (T3) @ SP

We arrive here tonight in exceptional form and this course and distance looks guaranteed to suit us. We can ping the lids and make all the running for an impressive victory.

T1 is vacant, while in T2 is a Hove runner that's been on the injured list for the last month and has only had a couple of trials so far this month. They may need the run, despite having similar form to ours at Hove.

There's an A1 winner in T4 with decent form overall, including over course and distance which is a big plus. They've won two of their last three races so come here in good form.

T5 started slowly on debut last week over 515m and their split times at Hove have been slow. I can't see this outsider getting involved.

Finally, T6 is another local runner that's won their last two A1 races and deserves this step up to open class. They've got a good draw on the outside and could be our main danger.

But I fancy our chances from T3. Our good early pace means we can lead these by the first bend and from there I'll be disappointing if we couldn't get the job done.

19:04 Doncaster - Rebel Idaho (T5) @ SP

Today is our debut after running in four trials here - two over 275m and the other two over 450m.

This runner has been in my notebook after stopping the watch at 27.54 last week - a really quick time. This extra 33m (483m) should be in our compass and we have a very good draw to work from tonight.

T1 is a Towcester raider in good form back at home, winning their last two races over 500m at odds-on. Times aren't too impressive, but they've got a good draw and is probably our main danger.

A gusty winner in the top grade at Nottingham two runs back, T2 wasn't so great last time out and this is their first time racing at Doncaster. Their form is probably the strongest in the line up and they've tried open races before, so could give us a lot to think about late on in the contest. However, I feel both this runner and T1 will come together on the run up or at the first bend.

In T3 is a Kinsley runner who also won last time out in an A5 contest. Different ball game tonight, though, and they need to find a chunk of improvement to get involved.

T4 is a local 450m runner that's slow to trap. Time wise there's a good few lengths to find on us over this trip, but course knowledge is vital and they've got that in spades. T6 is vacant.

Back to us in T5 - we've got a good draw and looking at split times we have the early pace to lead and clear at the bend. If we go round in front I can see us stretching clear and going on to record an impressive debut and onto bigger and better things. I'm confident of a big run.
