T6 (Wee Mac Jimbo) 20:31 Yarmouth @ SP

We are dropped another grade this evening into A4 for the first time. We have been competitive in both A2 and A3 recently so we will appreciate this easier task. We have a good draw to work from this evening and can get back to winning ways.

T1 had a three-grade uplift after a facile victory in A6 in September. Not been so good since and dropped back in grade because of that. Normally slow to go and will be staying on strongly in the later stages so will need the gaps to appear at crucial points. I do feel we will gain first run on the outside. If this is a crowded race then this runner may come into the race late on.

T2 is another with a triple uplift by the grader after winning an A7 by four lengths. Another slow breaker that will have to come from last to first to win this race. Currently I don't see that.

T3 was very consistent in A6 grade and won last time out. Now upped to A4 by grader. Starts and stays and could be dangerous if turning in a pitch. I see all the inside runners having the same running style and that could mean they get in each other's way at the bend.

T4 is another last time out winner. Strong again so will need to look lively at the start or could be held up with trouble. Form/time wise she is a little off these and I can't see this runner getting involved in the finish tonight.

T5 is usually evenly away but should lead the four runners on her inside tonight. Recently dropped to this level  so does have back class and is very consistent on the clock. If we don't come away this runner could be our main danger.,

So to us on the outside, plot draw to lead up and clear this field at the bend. We do that and we can miss the trouble on the inner and kick on to record our first victory in A4. I'm very confident we can control this race from trap rise this is why I make this runner my bet of the day.

We came back on the card after a short break last week and ran really well. Visually unlucky not to win the race when being held up at a crucial point at third bend. We will be fitter for that run and I see a better overall race make up this evening for us. I believe we can record our 1st A1 victory.

T1 won a 480m open race two runs back but 500m form not as good as ours. Break wise this runner is streaky in regards to split times. Has come out well some runs but has also been slowly away in others. Backers will be in the lap of the gods to see which start this runner gets today. I can't see him being quick enough as it is to hold us.

T2 is a slow to go railer with quicker times than T1 but they both will be wanting the same ground on the run up so may crowd together. Ex-Shelbourne Park runner with a perfect record in A1's of 1/1 time of that race was pretty slow compared to a lot of tonight's field. I don't see this runner landing a blow.

T4 will move more mid to wide on the run up giving us lots of space to pace up. Will likely be our main danger tonight in regards to end times of races and they look quite competitive compared to us and it will be important that we lead this runner.

T5 is another runner that is racing very consistently and has a couple of good times in last two races. His runs have been in the A2 grade while this is a lot harder. May struggle to clear T4 on the run up.

T6 is a very quick starter, better known as a sprinter but does have wins in this top grade. No doubt will lead today but I feel we may turn in a pitch. I can't see this runner lasting out in a clean run race and may drop away from halfway in this contest.

So to us in T3, good draw to clear the inner runners early. With T4 moving off we are going to have a lot of space on the run up to pace up. I feel T6 will lead and kick on but we can turn second (third at worst) and that will mean we get first crack at leader. I see us taking it up by 3rd bend and winning this race going away. Very confident choice.
