1 pt 15:38 Towcester – Ballykilduff Gem (T2) @ SP
Plenty of graded action today with 16 meetings taking place in total, with six shown on Premier Greyhound Racing and five on SIS.
The first selection today is lightly raced BALLYKILDUFF GEM, who lines up from T2 in the A4 graded race from Towcester over the standard two-bend 500-metre trip.
The Cornelius Condon-trained railer caught the eye last time out, showing excellent back straight pace and staying on in taking fashion. Since moving over from Ireland, Ballykilduff Gem has only run four times in total at Towcester, with two of those over an inadequate sprint trip.
Today, it's all about turning handy.
Loggies Falcon will attempt to lead round from T3, but if we turn second or third and within striking distance, it’s race on.

1 pt 16:16 Towcester – Brinkleys Samara (T5) @ SP
A little later on, look out for prolific winner BRINKLEYS SAMARA, who runs from T5 in the top grade D1 sprint race at 16:16 over the two-bend 270-metre trip.
The Vicky Lea-trained August 2023 son of Ballymac Bolger is 11 from 19 in the grade and, with a smart exit this afternoon, she can lead round and add another victory to that impressive strike rate.
The key to the race is the break.
It's imperative that Samara clears main rival Westway Dancer (T4) at lid rise. Belmullet Boozer (T3) is worth noting in the market. He’s another with an impressive strike rate, winning four from seven in this company.
Miltons Dream (T1) looks well-drawn to hold his pitch into the corner, and he could be the one to chase home the selection and will be worth including in forecast bets if sent off at fancy prices.

2 pt 17:24 Newcastle – Our Annie (T2) @ SP
The third and final selection runs at Newcastle in the A4 graded race at 17:24 over the four-bend 480-metre trip at the Byker venue.
There's plenty of early pace in this race, with Blackhouse Tom (T4) and Trinty Coco (T5) both looking to lead round but both vulnerable off the final bend. This looks set up for a deep closer to swoop to victory late on, and granted a clear run, that could be OUR ANNIE from T2.
The Dave Winder-trained railer drops into A4 company for the first time since early October. In recent weeks, the October 2023 daughter of Ballymac Anton has run well in A3 grade and was often sent off as the race favourite, and caught the eye staying on well.
Today, this is all about getting a clear run at the third bend. Annie will be flying home, avoiding crowding, and she can cut through the pack and catch the race leaders late on.
