Sunday Greyhound Tips: Pop up to Towcester for three great chances

Today's Greyhound odds

1 pt 15:32 Towcester – Bright Robyn (T4) @ SP

As mentioned, we did well at Dunstall Park last night, while over at Monmore the Category One Puppy Derby final was won in impressive fashion by Underground Gold with the Paul Young-trained performer clocking 27.89 over the four-bend 480-metre trip following a smart 4.32 sectional. He's clearly a pup going places.

Today, we head to Towcester for a competitive mixed card featuring six open races. At 15:32 look out for BRIGHT ROBYN who runs from T4 in the A8 graded race over the four-bend 500-metre trip.

In a race lacking early pace, Bright Robyn could get a soft lead and if that happens the former Swindon-based runner will prove very hard to beat. Hitthelids Bono (T3) will be staying on well and looks like the forecast play in the race. Grafton Aurora (T6) mixes it over four and six-bends and could be worth including in forecast bets if sent off at fancy prices.

1 pt 16:09 Towcester – Newinn Tonic (T4) @ SP

The Orchestrate Ladies open race at 16:09 over the four-bend 500-metre trip looks like a straight shoot-out between kennelmates Fabulous Sonique in T1 and NEWINN TONIC from T4.

The Mark Wallis-trained pair both go into the race will live chances. Fabulous Sonique is a class act with Category One success on her card with victory in the Coral Coronation Cup at Romford back in July 2025.

In recent weeks, Sonique has held her form well, but she’s approaching five years old and preference is for Tonic in T4. Newinn Tonic is going for three on the bounce this afternoon following two quick-away-made-all victories over course and distance in 29.13 and 29.12.

If Newinn Tonic brings her trapping boots, she can lead round and make all. Oxford raider Jazzy Belle (T3) moved well in a course and distance trial last week and is worth noting in the market.

1 pt 16:47 Towcester – Chasing Larry (T2) @ SP

The third and final selection from Towcester this afternoon is CHASING LARRY who lines up from T2 in the Orchestrate Maiden open race at 16:47. The Heather Dimmock-trained March 2024 son of Grangeview Ten moved across the Irish Sea following a blistering win at Clonmel in October 2025 and has moved well in trial races in recent weeks and today makes his eagerly awaited English race debut.

A recent 29.04 course and distance trial reads well, and a repeat of the smart 3.91 sectional should see Larry lead round and, once on the bunny, it's catch me if you can. Waitinthewings from the Patrick Browne Hove kennel is an interesting runner from T1.

This 500-metre trip will suit, and he would be a danger to all with a level break. Waitinthewings can chase home the selection and fill the forecast spot. Makeit Rocko (T4) is very lightly raced and open to improvement. Significant support would hint that a big run is expected from the Frank Gray-trained middle seed.
