All eyes on Doncaster this afternoon with thirteen graded races taking place at the Yorkshire venue. At 14:52 Ryder Ripple looks well-drawn to lead round and, once on the bunny, the Abbie Steels-trained railer will prove hard to peg back. The key to the race is clearing Dame Gloria (T1) at lid rise. It's imperative that Ryder Ripple hits the front early on and kicks a couple clear down the back straight.

Cool As Funk (T4) rate as a danger, but I fancy Ryder Ripple to hold that rival into the corner. Manx Storm (T3) is often sent off at fancy prices and could be worth including in forecast bets. Solo wide seed Royal Flush looks well-drawn in T6 and could attract support.

The D4 graded sprint at 15:29 over the two-bend 275-metre trip can go to well-drawn wide seed SKIDROW BREEZE from T6. The lightly raced James Gaskin-trained runner returned to action last week following a four-week layoff. That run would have blown away the cobwebs and the July 2024 youngster should be spot on and ready to return to winning ways. The key, as ever over the sprint trip, is what happens at the boxes, trap well, and its race on.

Littermate Skidrow Kell rates as the danger from T2. Skidrow Nell often paces up well into the first bend following a moderate break and would be a huge runner granted a clear run. Tommys Heroine (T3) is going for three on the bounce and is worth noting in the market. Redbrick Whitney (T4) is better known as a four-bend performer but would be a danger to all with a level break.

The third and final selection at Doncaster this afternoon is debutant DROOPYS TRENDY, who lines up from T1 in the B4 graded race at 16:44 over the four-bend 450-metre trip. The September 2024 daughter of King Sheeran moved well in a recent course and distance trial, clocking 28.30 following a smart 2.15 sectional. A repeat of that would put the James Gaskin-trained railer bang there and, with further improvement possible, she looks a solid bet on debut.

Balymacken Eske (T3) has a nine from thirty-four strike rate in the grade and rates as a danger. Lightly raced Transfer Girl (T4) won well last time out over course and distance and is worth noting in the market. Class dropper Glengar Felix (T6) could prove popular from T6. A vacant box on his inside in T5 strengthens claims, and he will go close if he brings his trapping boots this afternoon.
