Saturday Greyhound Tips: Another clean sweep on Saturday?

1 pt 18:11 Doncaster – Telex Empress (T5) @ SP

Three from three yesterday with Westfield Luxury, Westfield Tigris and Bodell Bucks all winning at Suffolk Downs.

Today, we head to Doncaster with three more selections on an ultra-competitive graded card.

At 18:11 look out for TELEX EMPRESS, who lines up from T5 in the B6 graded race. The March 2024 daughter of Pestana has recently returned to action following season and will be improving with each run.

Last time out, Telex Empress led round and made all clocking 28.72 following a smart 2.27 sectional. If Telex Empress traps in best fashion and takes another step forward on the clock, she will prove hard to beat this evening.

Ice Got You Babe (T4) chased home the selection last time out and rates as a danger.

Ellies Flash (T3) recently returned to action following a spell off the track lame. Last week's course and distance run would have blown away the cobwebs, and he’s another in with a live chance.

1 pt 18:46 Doncaster – Hobo Canyon (T1) @ SP

The D2 graded sprint race at 18:46 can go to well-drawn railer HOBO CANYON in T1.

The former Romford-based runner caught the eye on Doncaster debut last week when finishing third.

Hobo Canyon trapped well and paced up in impressive fashion but on her first competitive race at the Yorkshire venue she got a little lost at the corner and checked off and lost all chance of winning. Hobo Canyon will come on plenty of that outing and granted a level break, she can lead round and make all.

Kennelmate Lissan Anton rates as the danger from T3. The October 2021 son of Magical Bale is two from five at Doncaster following a move from Oxford and would be a danger to all this evening with a ping break.

1 pt 19:58 Doncaster – Hawthorn Speed (T3) @ SP

The third and final selection at Doncaster this evening is the Ricky Overton-trained railer HAWTHORN SPEED, who lines up from T3 in the two-bend D3 graded sprint race at 19:58.

Hawthorn has plenty of speed as he’s shown in twenty wins around the track including a smart quick-away-made-all success in 17.33 back in December.

Tonight, it's all eyes on the boxes. If Hawthorn traps in best fashion and beats main rival Tommys Dolly (T1) into the first bend, this could be all over bar the shouting.

Cockneyloudmonth (T5) is worth noting on her competitive Doncaster debut. The former Enniscorthy-based performer has moved well in course and distance trials and could be thrown in on English debut.
