1 pt 18:29 Doncaster – Grouchos Bonnie (T2) @ SP
A trio of selections from Doncaster this evening on a competitive card featuring five open races. The star of the show is Butlers Lane, who lines up from T3 in the Doncaster Standard open at 20.16. Trained by veteran handler Barry Denby, the Nottingham raider won the Category One Premier Greyhound Racing Oaks back in October, going unbeaten throughout the competition.
The first selection this evening is GROUCHOS BONNIE, who runs from T2 in the A2 graded race at 18:29 over the four-bend 483-meter trip at Doncaster. The Debbie Calvert-trained railer looks well-drawn with a vacant box on her inside and Cockney Summer (T3) likely to keep middle. If Bonnie traps well, she can hold the rails and turn on the tail of likely leader Ballymac Alexis, who runs from T6.
If that happens, Bonnie can make her move down the back straight and hit the front by the third bend. Stoneparkfortune (T4) will be staying on well and could be worth including in forecast bets.

1 pt 19:42 Doncaster – Ballinabola Zoey (T2) @ SP
At 19:42 the Shaun Birks-trained railer BALLINABOLA ZOEY appeals from T2. The December 2022 daughter of Magical Bale broke into season in November and has recently returned to action with two runs in late December and two in January.
Although still a few weeks away from that sweet spot of fourteen to sixteen weeks post-season, Zoey looks well-drawn, and with a smart exit from the boxes she can lead round and make all. Kinsley raiders Grovenor Sophie (T3) and Grovenor Apache (T6) rate as dangers.
Apache is still classed a pup (February 2024 whelp) and should be noted in the market. The wide seed is yet to win on three visits to Doncaster but looks well-drawn to go close this evening.

1 pt 20:34 Doncaster – Sole Focus (T3) @ SP
A little later on look out for SOLE FOCUS who runs from T3 in Division Two of the Doncaster 450 Standard Open at 20:34. The Debbie Calvert-trained railer is blessed with blistering early pace as he’s shown during three recent wins at Doncaster.
The key to this race is beating main rival Gothic Joshua (T6) into the first bend, it's imperative that Sole Focus holds that rival, rails inside him and hits the back straight a couple clear. Once on the bunny, Sole Focus is a 27.54 performer, a repeat of that should see him take this.
Tiermana Blaze (T2) is a class act and would be a danger to all with a level break. Lightly raced in recent months, the January 2023 son of Malachi would make these all go granted a clear run.
