1 pt 14:54 Towcester – Droopys Berries (T1) @ SP
All eyes on Towcester this afternoon with six Star Sports & Orchestrate Derby Trial Stakes races taking centre stage.
At 14:54, look out for DROOPYS BERRIES, who lines up from T1. The Kevin Hutton-trained railer looks well-drawn to hold his pitch into the first bend and if that happens, he will prove very hard to beat.
Irish Raider Lennies Eddie is an interesting runner in T2. The lightly-raced April 2024 son of Good Cody has a smart 28.16 win around Limerick and would be a danger to all this afternoon if he brings his trapping boots on Towcester debut.
Gaytime Clyde (T4) moved well in a recent course and distance trial, clocking 28.72 following a flashy 3.90 sectional. That was his first look at the track and, with further improvement possible, the Irish raider is worth noting in the market.

1 pt 15:51 Towcester – Slippery Brian (T4) @ SP
The fourth heat of the Star Sports & Orchestrate Derby Trial Stakes at 15:51 can go to the Graham Holland-trained Irish raider SLIPPERY BRIAN from T4.
Last week over course and distance on Towcester debut, Slippery Brian led round and went onto record a quick-away-made-all success in 28.55 following a 3.81 sectional. That was a very impressive run and one that laid down a marker for the upcoming 2026 English Greyhound Derby that gets underway in the coming weeks.
Today, it's all eyes on the break, with a similar smart sectional Slippery Brian can lead round and make all again.
Lennies Desire (T1) is a class act and will be looking to deep in the Derby this year.
Kranky Drake (T5) from the Kevin Hutton kennel will be staying on well and could be worth including in forecast bets if sent off at fancy prices.

1 pt 17:24 Towcester – Makeit Ballo (T2) @ SP
The third and final selection from Towcester this afternoon is September 2024 youngster MAKEIT BALLO, who runs from T2 in the D5 graded sprint at 17:24 over the two-bend 270-metre trip.
The Frank Gray-trained railer caught the eye last time out on what was only his third ever run. Ballo completely missed the break but then showed nice pace into the corner to challenge and was beaten a short head at the line.
Today, if Ballo can trap level, that natural pace can see him hit the front and once on the bunny, he's open to plenty of improvement.
Salacres Select (T4) has a one from two record in the grade and rates as the main danger.
Solo wide seed Holmleigh Gill (T6) is well-drawn and lightly raced; she’s worth noting in the market.
