1 pt 15:29 Doncaster – Westway Sailor (T3) @ SP
Two winners at Star Pelaw yesterday with Belle Midnight and Mags Star both bolting up. Today, we head to Doncaster for an ultra-competitive all-graded card at the Yorkshire venue. At 15:29 in the A2 graded race over the four-bend 483-metre trip WESTWAY SAILOR appeals from T3. The Kirsty Grayson-trained railer has a seven from seventeen record in the grade and with a clear run this afternoon, the May 2022 son of Droopys Sydney can add to that impressive strike rate.
Westway Sailor is capable of taking this from the front or from off the pace. The key will be the break and run into the first bend. Lead round or turn on the tail of kennelmate and likely leader Geneva Betsy (T2) and its race on. Corporal Jack (T1) has mixed it in open class and A1 company in recent weeks and rates as a huge danger.

1 pt 15:49 Doncaster – Daleroad Dasher (T3) @ SP
The B1 graded race at 15:49 over the four-bend 450-metre trip can go to the James Gaskin-trained railer DALEROAD DASHER in T3. The lightly raced October 2023 son of Malachi bolted up last time out in B2 company clocking 27.66 following a smart 2.11 sectional. That was a marked step forward on his previous best time, and it looks like Dasher is back to his best following a short period off the track from late November until mid-January.
A vacant box on his inside strengthens the claims of Dasher and, with a smart exit, he can lead round and make all. No Coverage (T1) is a consistent B1 and B2 performer and rates as a danger from her rails draw. Ballyconnell Rua (T6), who has won three of his last five, would be a huge runner with a ping break.

1 pt 16:26 Doncaster – Side Chick (T2) @ SP
The third and final selection from Doncaster this afternoon is SIDE CHICK who runs from T2 in the B4 graded race at 16:26. The Craig Williams-trained railer looks well-drawn with T1 vacant and Gizmo Balhoo from T3 likely to move off at lid rise. If Side Chick gets it right at the boxes, she can lead round and make all. The June 2023 daughter of Broadstrand Bono hasn’t won in recent weeks. In fact, her last win was back in mid-November, but her bare form lines are better than they look at first glance.
Side Chick has run well in open class company, B2 races and more recently, B3 grade. Today she drops back into B4, a grade the Racing Manager hasn’t put her in since May 2025. Side Chick is two from four in this company and with a smart exit from the boxes, she can add to that this afternoon. Glitter Ronnie (T6) is another class dropper in the race and rates as the danger. Ronnie can chase home the selection and fill the forecast spot.
