Stevenage may fancy their chances of gaining a surprise win at Wrexham in League 1 on Tuesday after beating the Dragons at the Lamex Stadium in October, but Phil Parkinson’s outfit are a tough nut to crack at the Racecourse Ground.

Phil Parkinson’s hosts have won seven of their eight home matches against bottom-half teams and Borough have plenty of work still to do to climb the table after moving to 15th with a 1-0 win at Barnsley on Saturday.

Thursday’s 1-1 draw with table-topping Birmingham was only the third time Wrexham have failed to win a home match and while Stevenage have kept five clean sheets in their last six games, they come up against a team with plenty of forward options, so this could be a step too far.
