It's the penultimate weekend of Premier League football and we still don't know who will win the title and who will be joining Sheffield United in the Championship next season. There is also the case of who will take the fourth Champions League spot out of Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur, although the latter have given themselves a lot of work to do.

I'm back once again to provide my tips for the weekend action ahead and sadly last week's efforts were once again disappointing. Just one of my four tips landed but with just two chances left at landing a clean sweep, there is a lot of pressure on myself in the final two weeks. Fingers crossed this is the week. Read on for my four weekend Premier League predictions ahead of the weekend.

Weekend Premier League Tips

  • Over 2.5 Newcastle United goals against Brighton & Hove Albion @ 11/10
  • Eiljah Adebayo anytime goalscorer against West Ham United @ 8/5
  • Over 2.5 Chelsea goals against Nottingham Forest @ 9/4
  • Bukayo Saka anytime goalscorer against Manchester United @ 6/5

Over 2.5 Newcastle United goals against Brighton & Hove Albion @ 11/10

Newcastle United have been scoring for fun over the past couple of weeks. They have scored at least four goals in three of their last four matches. They are having a lot of joy in attack as they look to finish the season strongly and on home soil against Brighton & Hove Albion, I reckon we can see them add to their tally of 78 goals for the campaign.

There have been 13 occasions this term in which the Magpies have scored at least three goals in a game, and I believe they can take that total to 14 against the Seagulls, who have been unpredictable all year. The hosts are never short of a goal threat when Alexander Isak, Anthony Gordon, Jacob Murphy and Harvey Barnes are on the pitch, and this quartet can play starring roles in this selection landing.

Luton Town striker Elijah Abebayo showed his side just what they were missing as he marked his return from injury with a goal against Everton last time out. The towering forward has been a nuisance to top-flight defences this campaign and has so far netted 10 goals.

He will be rubbing his hands together to face a West Ham side that has shipped 70 goals and heads to Kenilworth Road having tasted defeat in three of their last four outings. Their last one saw them humbled 5-0 by Chelsea, which led to the club announcing that they would be parting ways with manager David Moyes in the summer.

They will be looking ahead to the off-season while the Hatters are still fighting for survival, and I fancy Adebayo to lead from the front and score against one of the worst defences in the league.

Chelsea have responded brilliantly to their 5-0 hammering by Arsenal. The Blues fought from two goals down to draw with Aston Villa, before defeating Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

Mauricio Pochettino's side are finishing the season strongly and I think that after their five-goal display against the Hammers, we will see them score more goals. In recent weeks, they have also scored six and four goals against Everton and Manchester United respectively. Cole Palmer may be their main source of goals, but they can also rely on Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and Conor Gallagher in the final third, who have all dabbled in the last few matches.

I fancy Chelsea to add more goals to their tally against Nottingham Forest this weekend, with those players mentioned likely to play starring roles at the City Ground.

Over 2.5 Chelsea goals at 9/4 Bukayo Saka anytime goalscorer against Manchester United @ 6/5

After getting battered 4-0 by Crystal Palace earlier in the week, the last thing Manchester United will want to do is face title challengers Arsenal. The game may be at Old Trafford but I expect the Red Devils are in for a horrid time against the Gunners.

United have conceded 618 shots this season, averaging at 17.6 per game, and they are 11 shy of the total amassed by the Derby County side that were relegated in 2007-08. It feels inevitable at this point and they might catch up with the Rams when they face Arsenal, the top scorers in the division.

The Gunners are so dangerous going forward and should have a field day at Old Trafford. England international Bukayo Saka will have the chance to shine on Sunday as he looks to add to his 16-goal haul in the top-flight this season. I think he is a good shout to get on the scoresheet this weekend given how poor United are defensively.
