Team News
Dimitri Foulquier, Jose Gaya and Luis Rioja all return from suspension for Valencia, although Cristian Rivero and Thierry Correia remain out with long-term injury issues.
Hugo Duro and Umar Sadiq are likely to battle it out for the starting spot up front.
For Sevilla, Tanguy Nianzou and Adria Pedrosa are expected to miss out through injury, while Ruben Vargas is a doubt after coming off early in their match against Atletico Madrid last time out.
Valencia vs Sevilla Stats
- Valencia have lost just one of their last eight matches
- Los Ches have won seven of their last eight contests in front of their own fans
Valencia have been installed as 5/4 favourites for the victory, while Sevilla are on offer at 5/2 and the draw is available at 21/10.
Goals are not necessarily expected, with over 2.5 at 11/8, while both teams to score is priced at 1/1, and it is 5/2 for over 1.5 goals in the first half.
Valencia to win @ 5/4
After a poor start to the campaign, Valencia have been in fine form recently under former West Brom coach Carlos Corberan.
The hosts have lost just one of their last eight outings, recording four victories in that run, including a famous 2-1 success over Real Madrid last time out.
Los Ches have been much better at home than they have on the road, picking up seven of their eight victories in their own backyard.
They are fancied to get the better of a Sevilla side who have lost three games on the spin and have only scored more than once in one of their last ten matches.
Valencia’s home record and good recent form should be enough to see them over the line in this clash.

Umar Sadiq anytime goalscorer @ 15/8
Valencia were struggling for goals in the early part of this season, but in an attempt to rectify that, they signed Umar Sadiq on loan in January and the 28-year-old has five goals in eight starts for his new club.
Side with Sadiq to get on the scoresheet once more against a Sevilla side who have one clean sheet in their last six outings.
