It's crunch time in Group E at Euro 2024 as all four teams sit on three points with one game to play, so they all stand a chance of reaching the last 16. Ukraine go head-to-head with Belgium in Stuttgart on Wednesday (17:00, BBC One), with both sides recovering from opening defeats with wins last time out against Slovakia and Romania respectively.

Below I have outlined my Ukraine vs Belgium bet builder tips, which combined, pay out at the odds of 9/2.

Both teams to score

Given the intensely high stakes of this match, I am expecting that we will see goals at both ends. These two sides gave much better attacking performances in their second group matches and this should set up a competitive battle on Wednesday.

They each have players who can have an impact in the final third, especially Belgium, whose options are greater than that of Ukraine. Four of the Blue and Yellows' last six matches has seen both teams score.

Both teams have shown that they can defensively vulnerable, so I think we will see BTTS deliver in Stuttgart.

Euro 2024 Odds

Mykhailo Mudryk 2+ shots

After having seven shots in his first two matches at Euro 2024, I'm expecting Ukrainian winger Mykhailo Mudryk to be very busy again in this gargantuan clash with Belgium. The Chelsea wide man has been a nuisance with his dribbling and speed to get himself into shooting range, but he has been letting himself down with the end product.

Just two of his seven recorded attempts have been on target and he is yet to open his account in Germany. I'm not particularly confident in backing him to hit the target but I do believe we will see him get a few chances at goal as his record shows that he is having a lot of input in the final third.

Mudryk will be hoping that this is the game in which he grabs his first goal of the Euros, and that he can be the man to inspire Ukraine to the knockout stage. I am expecting him to have a very busy game once again and to have at least two attempts at goal.

Romelu Lukaku 1+ shots on target

Someone I am slightly more confident in hitting the target is Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku. The Chelsea man is also awaiting his first goal at this tournament, although he has had a couple ruled out already.

Like Mudryk, he has posted several shots already, eight to be precise, but unlike Mudryk he has seen five hit the target. I think Lukaku will have a huge role to play for the Red Devils in this match as his physicality is always a handful for defenders, and Ukraine have not had to deal with an attacker of his build yet.

This game shouldn't be short of chances given what is on the line, so I believe Lukaku will have a couple himself and that he should hit the target at least once.

Kevin De Bruyne & Mykola Shaparenko 1+ fouls

In a crunch game such as this we have to expect a lot of challenges and of course plenty of fouls. I have gone with Kevin De Bruyne of Belgium to commit a foul because he has been penalised three times already across the first two matches.

The Manchester City star is never afraid to vent his frustrations or be overly aggressive in the challenge. He likes to press and try and win the ball back high up the pitch, but sometimes he is late.

I think he is a sensible selection here because he is yet to be yellow carded, which means he doesn't have to be as careful as some of his team mates in this final group match.

The Ukraine player I have chosen to also commit a foul is Mykola Shaparenko. This is because he too has been penalised three times already and he has started in both matches played so far, playing 151 minutes in the process.

Against the likes of De Bruyne and Youri Tielemans, Shaparenko is going to be in for a tough midfield battle and this is likely going to dictate the outcome of the game. I think he will get drawn in by the Red Devils and overcommit to a challenge and register his fourth foul of the tournament.

Like De Bruyne, he is yet to be booked so he is also a sensible selection for this particular market.
