Tottenham vs Nottingham Forest Bet Builder Tips

  • Heung-Min Son to score anytime
  • Anthony Elanga 1+ shot on target
  • Ryan Yates to be carded
  • Destiny Udogie to be carded
  • #PickYourPunt @ 30/1

Heung-Min Son to score anytime

Son is looking sharp for Tottenham in current form, having scored in their last two home games. He has scored in five of his last seven matches for club and country and given that he scored in a home win over Forest last season, he looks good for a goal this weekend.

With Richarlison out and Timo Werner playing mostly out on the wing, Son should play through the middle once again. Back him to get the better of a struggling Forest defence.

Anthony Elanga 1+ shot on target

Forest have struggled away from home this season, but they still have plenty of attacking threat from their wingers. Anthony Elanga has chipped in with two goals and three assists on the road this season and he’s likely to be a concern for Tottenham.

The hosts have aggressive full-backs who will leave space for Elanga to try and exploit. The former Manchester United man has averaged 0.8 shots on target per away game for Forest this season and he looks capable of at least troubling Guglielmo Vicario into action this weekend.

Ryan Yates to be carded

Ryan Yates is the standout booking option for Forest, with the midfielder having picked up four yellow cards to date. He has received each of those bookings on the road, despite starting just eight times away from home for Forest.

Yates is expected to feature from the start on Sunday and he has a tough job in defensive midfield. Tottenham pour players into the middle of the park and overload the opposition, so Yates will have a tough time keeping the opposition quiet.

He averages 1.5 fouls per game in the league this season and he has already been booked in three of Forest’s visits to the capital, so back him for another at Tottenham.

Destiny Udogie to be carded

Tottenham full-back Destiny Udogie has enjoyed a real breakout campaign, nailing down a spot on the left side of the Spurs defence.

He looks like a solid defender who has also impressed with his attacking contributions in this aggressive Spurs system, but he does pick up his share of bookings.

Udogie has six yellow cards to his name this term, including five in the Premier League. He also leads both teams in terms of fouls per game this season, committing 1.9 per match. With Forest packing a lot of threat out wide, this could be a tough clash for the 21-year-old. He’s a great candidate to be carded this weekend.
