Sadly we are not spoiled for choice when it comes to matches on TV, which is the curse of it being this time of year. But there are two interesting games on offer today, which begins in South Korea.
In K League 1, eighth-place Gwangju (6/5) host second-place Pohang Steelers (21/10), with the visitors just one point behind league leaders Ulsan. The Steelers are three games without a win but have picked up two draws, while the hosts have failed to win in their last two outings.
The two teams have already met this season back in matchday three, and it was the Steelers who emerged victorious with a 1-0 win. It wasn't easy, though as it took a goal from Jeong Jae-hee in the third minute of injury time to hand them the three points.
Given how both teams have struggled for wins in recent weeks, we can expect another close encounter, and while the visitors have a chance of reaching the summit, Gwangju have a chance to enter the top six, which of course is the split for the championship round later in the season.
Over in Austria, we will witness the second leg of the Europa Conference League play-off between Hartberg (7/4) and Austria Wien (6/5). Despite finishing the season in the bottom half split, or the relegation round, it is Austria Wien who have the advantage here after winning their home leg 2-1 on Friday night.
They scored twice in the space of seven minutes in the second half to take control of the tie, but Hartberg were given a lifeline thanks to Maximillian Entrup's consolation goal in the 84th minute.
Now Hartberg have the home advantage which could play a huge part in the outcome of this tie and determine which one of these two clubs will get a crack on the European stage next term.
When the two teams last met at the Profertil Arena back in September, Hartberg were 2-1 winners. They came from a goal down to win the game courtesy of a Donis Avdijaj brace, and they also had to cope with 10 men for the final 30 minutes as Ousmane Diakite was sent off. The hosts will be hoping for a similar performance and result on Tuesday evening.
