With most of the European league seasons coming to an end, there is not a great deal of football on offer this time of year. However, if you are still chasing a football fix this Bank Holiday Monday, there are games that will be be shown live on TV in the UK from the Saudi Pro League and Bundesliga promotion/relegation play-offs.

Below we have listed the fixtures that will be available for you to watch on Monday.

Live Football on Monday, May 27

Saudi Pro League

  • Al-Ahli (3/10) vs Al Feiha (11/2) - Draw (9/2) (19:00, DAZN)
  • Al-Nassr (4/7) vs Al-Ittihad (3/1) - Draw (7/2) (19:00, DAZN)
  • Al-Wehda (15/2) vs Al-Hilal (2/9) - Draw (5/1) (19:00, DAZN 1/DAZN)

Bundesliga promotion/relegation play-offs

  • Fortuna Dusseldorf (11/10) vs VfL Bochum (15/8) - Draw (13/5) (19:30, Sky Sports Main Event)

The Saudi Pro League draws to a conclusion today and there is going to be no changes at the top of the table as we have known for some time that Al Hilal are champions, winning the title for the first time since 2022. They are 14 points clear of Al-Nassr in second which highlights just how strong they have been this campaign.

Their season finale comes against Al-Wehda (15/2), who have not had the most enjoyable campaign, but at least they have no trouble of relegation heading into the final round of fixtures as they are five points clear of the drop. Al-Hilal (2/9) may look to end the season with a bang but seeing as the title has been wrapped up for some time, Al-Wehda may have the opportunity to end their season on a positive note.

Third-place Al-Ahli (3/10) take on Al Feiha (11/2) in eighth, with both sides having been in decent form of late. The hosts' league position cannot change after this final fixture but the visitors could move one place in either direction depending on their own result and others elsewhere.

It is second versus fifth as Al-Nassr (4/7) host former champions Al-Ittihad (3/1). Cristiano Ronaldo's side will be disappointed to have missed out on the league title, having to settle for second again. But at least they can say they gave a better go of it than last year's victors, who won't be too happy with how this campaign played out.

Over in Germany, the second leg of the Bundesliga promotion/relegation play-off tie takes place between Fortuna Dusseldorf (11/10), who are battling for promotion from 2. Bundesliga, and VfL Bochum (15/8), who are scrambling to maintain their top-flight status.

The second-tier hosts boast a 3-0 lead heading into this home leg, having blown Bochum away on Thursday, despite not having the bulk of the possession, which once again proves it is what you do with the ball, not how much you see of it.

The visitors certainly have their work cut out for them here, but play-off football can always deliver twists and turns, as fans in England are well aware of.
