Today’s Live Football on TV: What to watch on Friday May 10 2024

The Premier League may have played its final Friday night match of the 2023/24 season last week but there is still plenty of top-flight action, from Europe to Oceania, to keep viewers entertained today.

Today's live football on TV will be broadcast across the BBC, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, and Premier Sports Player.

There's play-off action to enjoy from Australia as Sydney FC host Wellington Phoenix in the first leg of their A-League Men's semi-final tie, while Crewe Alexandra look to overturn a 2-0 deficit against Doncaster Rovers in their English Football League 2 play-off semi-final second leg.

Further north, there is more play-off semi-final second-leg action at Firhill Stadium as Partick Thistle and Airdrieonians meet again after a 2-2 draw earlier in the week.

There is plenty to play for still in France, meanwhile, with Le Havre looking to boost their survival hopes with a trip to Champions League-chasing OGC Nice, and Stade Brestois 29 looking to solidify their top-four place against Stade Reims.

In Germany, VfL Stuttgart have already secured qualification for Europe's premier club competition next season, but there is still the chance for Die Roten to finish second and above Bayern Munich. A trip to FC Augsburg awaits them on Friday night, while in Spain, Deportivo Alaves host Girona, who are looking to finish runners-up and above a traditional heavyweight - FC Barcelona - themselves.
